AMAZING location. So many booths and things. The check out process is atrocious. Stood in line for over 30 mins. 1 cashier running the show

This place has really fallen off. We went this past Sunday around 4:30. The bar was closed even though hours said til 6. The big, sit down restaurant has closed down. Along with the pizza place which was SO good . The Thai place was closed even though hours also said til 6. The bbq place was out of everything we wanted to order. Taco street came through with amazing food. We drove an hour to visit this place because it has been one of our favorites in the past but boy, has it fallen off.

Quick food and great atmosphere with casual dining. Some of the restaurants are very yummy others just ok. My favorite is the Spanish one, great portion sizes and taste delish! It’s nice to eat indoors by the big windows or outside and watch the train go by 🙂

This is a pleasant hall. If Im in the area I would jump in but wouldn’t go out of my way to plan a trip here. We ate at the Thai place (it’s ok) and the taco stand (very sweet ladies, but they need to work a bit more on their cuban food flavor. Not bad though)They still have a Gelato place they are about to open ( icecream please!) and I got a cold latte lavender vanilla drink made as I asked the barista. Very nice. It looks like a family friendly place. Oh! For what I saw there is a brewery down stairs and there was a cute little bar at the entrance, too. last thing I will say (bc you guys know me and food grades) there were a few restaurants with low 90’s here. The pizza place was 93 and the Thai place had a 96… guys… NO REASON you should let your business not be 100 health code. Work on that! It speaks volumes. And YOU! Question the staff as to why their food grade is not 100. You are paying for their services!

The concept of this place is great… but execution not so… first you can’t even eat or drink at any of the seating out side…. No exceptions according to the sign. Only 7-10 vendors, pretty spacious place with a lot of potential. Tried the Thai esane and was not so impressed. The red curry did not have a strong curry taste, sauce based was too runny. Pad see ew was tasteless, the fresh rolls were pre done and put in the fridge… so when I ate the fresh rolls it was hard… not sure how that is fresh. I would not come to Thai esane again. For the price I can go to a real Thai place.

We took a ride here to check out the food hall and market. The food hall was not crowded so we went around deciding on what to order. We settled on the pizza place. The pizza was excellent and service was great.

Unfortunately, most of the tables were dirty and no one going around cleaning them. We had to put a bunch of napkins down and then place our food on their plates.

We were sitting in front of Thai Esane restaurant and there was a worker that had gloves on serving people. That was great, but then when people walked away he was touching his hair with the gloves on and then took a napkin and wiped his nose. Again his gloves were still on! So apparently, he was serving people with the same gloves. So, that was really unhygienic and we will not be back to visit this market to eat.

Variety of food, reminds you of a food truck or mall setting with numerous options. The pizza was great from a local vendor. Parking is very adequate for the building as it was very busy after we got there. A lot of people started trickling in and the entire hall was at capacity. Come early on Saturday like 5: 30ish as you will maybe find a seat. There is quite a bit of tables and chairs but they can go quick if it’s a busy night. Some food vendors were busier than others at different points depending on what kind of food you want.

Up & downstairs appeared dirty, bathroom, floors, steps. Dirt at the back of each step, as of it was just swept back. Floor and overall upstairs bathroom dirty.

One vendor employee cooking with gloves take his hat off, rubbed his hand through his hair & put it back on. I watched to see if he would change his gloves, but grabbed food inside of a plastic container without doing so. The food at the Thai vendor was very good & very accommodating to my questions & requests. Cleaning up the overall atmosphere for me would go a long way & be cognizent of vendor ratings. They speak volumes.

Thank you for your acknowledgement & actions that now reflect positively with your vendors as well as the public. The changes mentioned above were apparent upon my first return, only a couple weeks later. The Market is a unique setting and the perfect addition to Gibson Mills. With stellar management and the right vendors, you can’t miss.

Optimistic food hall is a perfect description. This is a food hall connected to a game room. It hits on looks. The bones and plan are right. The execution leaves way too much to be desired.

The complex is a redevelopment of an old mill/factory. You enter the “market” by way of a bridge from the antique mall part of the complex.
There are 6-7 eateries/bar/desert shops within a large building. Hence the market moniker. The bar seems to do a good business.

We walked around looking at the various restaurants… taco place (taco street)- staff was sitting and leaning on the counters – No customers. Pass. Next was a burger and BBQ place (Johnny Rogers) couple of people eating here and it looked ok. So we decided to try. Asked the counter girl which was her favorite the BBQ or the burger. She said she didn’t really like either. Hmm should have taken that advice. However I ordered the BBQ with fries. Not good. $33 and I threw mine in the trash. Super heavy clove spice. Just heavy ughh food. The oil the fries were cooked in probably had not been changed in three weeks…yuck. Just garbage.

There is a pizza place, and Indian restaurant, an ice cream shop, cookie shop and coffee shop.

We did get a chocolate chip cookie for $5. It was ok. Consistency of a doughy dense slightly undercooked. It was ok.

Really wish we had not eaten here.
