This place has gone down hill the last 1-2 years. I’ve lived in here for 7 years and get pizza 1-2 times a week. My visit count is high.. the old crew is gone and everyone here has under 2 years I know for a fact. They do not know what a well done pizza is. I’ve told them double well done- every single order and not 1 order out of maybe 150 is right. The only reason I go is because it’s .5 miles away. But honestly I’m just going to leave. How do I tell you every week this isn’t well done? It’s barely even regular done. So how is it well? I’m so beyond past frustrated- I’ve even said to burn it- I’ll take that over this. But it’s every worker there.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and Howie Bread with delivery on a deal they have going. Waited over an hour for delivery just to find out the delivery was given to Door Dash after I tipped 20 percent and the pizza and bread was cold. I live less than a quarter mile from this location so why is my pizza and bread cold? Go back to hiring your own drivers that always did a great job at delivering hot pizza in a timely manner. Won’t be ordering from here again.

10:07 July 11th I went to pick up an order, meaning I just picked up an order from little Caesars, the guy tells me it’s an requirement to bring my DoorDash bag inside, I said I can’t do that because I already have food in it, he said he couldn’t give me the food, I looked over and seen he has a stack of bags I said since it’s a requirement give me a bag , instead he got mad and refused service and started hiding behind the counter

I was treated very poorly with the guy with glasses and long beard I first walked in he was having attitude and I knew it wasn’t gonna go well I opened the pizza there wasn’t no premasen as I had it noted on app also in app there wasn’t no chicken option which I put on the receipt instead beef chicken also barley mushrooms I asked for he comes with his barehands holding few pieces and tropped it on pizza not even cooked and without gloves I also was telling him there wasn’t an option he was making me a lier I was showing him on app and also I was telling him I put note he was saying no you did not and I was also proving him wrong my mistake I ordered because I seen few good reviews but not gonna be ordering from here anymore

This location sucks. Use to be great but quality has gone downhill considerably over the last year or so. Most of the crust doesn’t seem to be flavored along with being overbaked despite ordering the normal bake option. Toppings seem to be light even if you pay for extra. Last straw for me was the Detroit deep dish style pizza looking nothing like what is pictured on the website and instead looking like something I’d get from Buscemis’ but costs more and not as good. R.I.P. to my favorite pizza place of the last five years.

If I could give them a ZERO I WOULD!!!!! The employees and even the guy manager are NOTHING BUT RUDE!!!!! I called and placed a delivery order at 6:36 pm tonight and ordered my Grandson a pizza. They said with in 45 minutes we’d have the pizza. It is currently 7:36 pm and it is saying the door dash driver is at the store now they are saying 7:43pm we should have the pizza. EVEYTIME I call the store they DON’T give me a chance to say anything other than “HOLD!”

All the negative reviews are very accurate. I used to go here like every week. The pizza used to be good but now its been horrible everytime I order. Pizza sauce is not evenly distributed, cheese is less. I asked for well done and placed multiple notes of that but multiple times they ignored my request. This place is horrible and I probably wont ever be back. My pizza is never done right anymore and sucks cuz I live nearby too

I walked in and no one was at the counter or fixing pizza. I waited for 5 minuets for someone to come take my order thinking that they heard the bell the second time I chimed it. I had to call the number to the store to get someone to walk to the front to take my order. When the employee got to the front he was very helpful and started fixing my pizzas. That’s the only reason I’m giving this location two stars
