Ugh! This breaks my heart. I knew once private equity bought PoS it was only a matter of time before they ruined it for me. For more than 20 years (LOL seriously though), I’ve gotten a #12, salami and cheese. This issue first happened at the Castle Rock, CO location (I also left them an unfavorable review), but a little worse there because they actually cut the salami in half. Whatever, you can find my review if you care to see what I mean. Anyway, they’ve changed the salami and this salami suuuuucks. It’s probably cheaper for them and lower quality because why else change it? It’s always money. Lower the quality, raise the prices. I’m sad.

Ordered online, they were out of the specialty bread for my order. So I go to pick up and I’m greeted with we have bad news. The bread was not a big deal. Got it on white. The kicker, that wasn’t the only bad news they had. They were also out of the brownies, so they put cookies instead.

When you want brownies, cookies suck. Brownies are soft, moist and flavorful. Chocolate heaven in a cube. Cookies hard, dry and not so much chocolate.

Ordered two party trays for a birthday. Veggie subs had only cheese and no avocado. Some subs had a small slice of ham and cheese when that was not what we ordered.
Made the mistake of not checking the sandwiches when we picked them up, but such obvious skimping on ingredients ordered was very disappointing.

I ordered the turkey and roast beef sub. Was extremely disappointed. Instead of layering, the turkey and the roast beef they put down one little dollop of turkey next to it a dollop of roast beef. I have never seen a sandwich made like that before.
There was hardly any meat and the sand was absolutely terrible and meatless.

Excellent customer service. Probably the best I’ve had at a sandwich shop. Very very friendly and personable staff. The sandwiches were great too, but the people really stole the show.

This is a clean place that is friendly and fast. They don’t question you when you want to add some different options. I just ordered a sub online and I wanted some options that I couldn’t make the website do. So I called the store and Steve answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and even though he is a manager he offered to build my sub just the way I wanted. He even stayed on the phone with me until my ticket from the online order printed out.
Thank you Steve, for helping a handicapped person with their order. Thank you Steve, for your friendly attitude. Your store will now have a customer for life!!!!

Placed a catering order for a few trays for a birthday party, and they were delicious everyone loved the sandwiches! The bread was super fresh everything well made and all the toppings were neatly organized on the side like asked 🙂 will order again!
