3rd time, ordering a BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA, no bbq sauce, it was marinara sauce, AGAIN, and I phoned the order in and verified with the lady it was made with BBQ sauce, NOT marinara, ok, we’re good, now I’d like to minus the ham and add pineapple, so I figured we are good to go, I picked it up, we didn’t get outta the parking lot, my daughter bit the pizza, its MARINARA sauce, so at this point I just kept driving, within 2 minutes we realize there is NO chicken on the BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA, it’s bacon, I again call back, speak to a man, I’m assuming the one who CANT COOK AND READ ORDERS, he was extremely rude on the 2nd call, I mean how hard is it to take a order, read the order ,and make the order correct, I will be calling the manager in the morning, very upset with how I was spoke too, but after 3 wrong orders on the same exact pizza, I will no longer order from them, you treat customers with respect. Maybe more training is needed

Where customer service goes to die. Staff was so meloncoly it wasn’t even funny, seen more enthusiasm at a wake. I mean I get hating your job, but these young ladies acted like they just lost happiness. The pizza wasn’t horrible, but I’m not dying for more.

I have been eating at this restaurant for many many years and it is definitely one of the top three best pizzas I’ve ever had in my entire life. I love the fact that they sell pizza by the slice very few places do that anymore and it’s very convenient and affordable . They have amazing breakfast pizzas that will blow your mind and they have a gigantic ingredients list even if you’re extremely hesitant at least give them a chance highly doubt you’ll regret it .The other stores provide delivery and I believe this one does as well but I’m not certain this is located inside of the gas station by the way. this is a new location and the other locations are on D Avenue in Cooper Michigan and then on Sprinkle Road in Kalamazoo. The employees were extremely friendly and the place was very clean
