Disgusting food. Paid almost $50 for a burger/fries and a kids meal with drinks. Burgers were dangerously undercooked. They were completely out of ketchup at 11:50 AM and had no iced tea left. We asked to have the ketchup refilled and somebody just came and took the containers of all the condiments and never brought them back. Fries tasted like they were cooked in last week’s grease. Tried for 10 minutes to find somebody to talk to about the raw burgers but the servers were blatantly avoiding eye contact and we couldn’t find a manager anywhere. We have to come out here multiple times a week for many months out of the year…will bring food and eat in the car next time.

We were there for a jiu jitsu tournament on 10/11/25. Upon entering we saw a line. We entered at 12:45pm and oddly had to stand in line to order at the front desk. Just before our turn (after waiting an insane amount of time) someone said the kitchen was so backed up they were not going to take any orders for 15 mins. We all stood there- not for 15 minutes but 2:58 was when I finally got my food!!! Remember we got there at 12:45! Those are the actual times!!!! They kept extending the 15 minutes over and over and said “the kitchen needs to reset.” What in the world?!?!?
Most of the people in the long line had kids with them. And then, once I got my food, I went to add ketchup and you should have seen the lettuce I waited two hours and 15 minutes for. Disgusting! I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal!
Do better and have some customer service. Offer a small percentage off for those who waited and don’t be rude when we are upset.
By the way, the front hostesses were amazing, kind and put up with a sassy shift lead. I even had conversations with the girls saying they don’t need to be treated like that.

Ordered a #1 menu item – double burger – to go. Waited for 30 min and was told to wait another 10. 15 minutes later I requested a refund. A couple next to me said they’ve been waiting for an hour and did the same. There are tons of people who got later than me and got their orders. Never again!

We have eaten here once before so I can rate the food accordingly. It was tasty, but also your average restaurant food quality.
We went again tonight but got turned away. Their hours listed state that they close at 9pm. We walked in after a sporting event at 6:45 and were told that they are closed because they were “slow”….mind you there were plenty of patrons inside and outside. Regardless, given that their hours state they close at 9p and there were still many events going on at AAG, closing at a regular dinner hour is absolutely absurd. We are at AAG 2-3 times per week, and at this point I refuse to return to Britol’s due to this incident. Do better.

Food was fine, what you would expect of burgers and fries. Cocktail was ridiculously overpriced and mediocre at best. One burger with fries and cocktail plus tip cost me around 50 bucks.

First time coming back since it was the failed GOAT. Food was phenomenal! Dry rub on the wings required zero sauce and had a sweet tangy taste!! Happy hour on Thursday is dialed in with $5 draft beer!! We will definitely add this into our Thursday rotation. The cook came up and spoke with us and the service at the bar was fast. 100x better than the last time we were there!!

We ate here tonight after finishing practice. The staff was friendly and establishment had somewhat clean bathrooms. Our food was very lackluster for how much we spent as a family of 5 – French fries, wings, and chicken all came out cold. We would not recommend spending your money here; you’re better off driving North into Mesa or South into Queen Creek.
