Tell me why, my order was Thrown into one bag, the quesadillas had 2 teaspoons of cheese in them and the tacos were made with hardly any sour cream. Tell me why they acted like I was wrong for coming back when I was uninformed that they didnt have boxes. Mind you they weren’t even busy.

One of the worst experience in the food industry ever! I saw this yellow pole before paying and after paying the casheir told me to park behind that pole and wait for my order to be made. After getting the food it was cold and everywhere in the bag. A couple of my tacos were crushed all up, the chulupas were all cold and so was the rest of the order. Bad experience and I won’t be going there again. It’s a shame because it’s in a prime location. I wish I had the receipt number.

Slow service. I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes or more and only to have ordered ahead on the app (as I mentioned when I got to the speaker) and surprisingly when I get to the window not only did the employee try to hand me a overfilled (spilling) cup that was dripping from the overfill he then proceeded to ask me to do him a favor and asked me to go around and get back in line because apparently they NEVER STARTED ON MY ORDER…from the whole time me already waiting for the guests in front of me to get taken care of…so I kindly said “well there’s actually a lot of cars behind me now, so I’ll patiently wait at the window for my food” seems to me he got an attitude about that but hey you guys are moving slow as molasses already and you think me going around and having to wait again even longer is going to help??? Come on now – then when he finally gives me my food – I thank him and say “have a good night” this rude employee then says “oh I ALWAYS have a good night”. In a smart manner – but I’m too kind to acknowledge ignorance so I just raised my window and pulled off.

8pm on a Tuesday…. Inside is “closed”. So that means I can’t eat here because I’m driving a heating and cooling truck and I’ve been driving all Day in it and didn’t want to eat in a dark vehicle at 8 o’clock at night. So I must drive across town to a different location JUST to eat inside.

Ordered the new CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR CHALUPA COMBO because it looked good. Instead I was just given 3 soft tacos. I drove all the way back to the store to get my order fixed. And was given 2 plain chicken chalupas. Taco bell chicken is disgusting. Wasted my gas and time to give me trash food that I didn’t order.

Complete disappointment. I wouldn’t be surprised if they close down soon. The drive thru is inconsistent and at times you have to go inside to order. Even with a mobile order you are immediately told come inside, why couldn’t that be handled at the window? It just seems like they really need help and don’t care enough to change. With the location I don’t see how they get enough business. I’d rather eat at home and save myself the stress at this point.

Waited in line for 30 minutes for 1 burrito!! (Only 1 other car there & 4 employees) Asked to see the manager because our food was sitting on the counter ready but she wouldn’t give it to us. A different woman (lied & said she was manager) came to the window- Cussing out my husband & I, Threatening to assault us, AND refusing to give us our food that we already purchased!! AFTER the argument, she threw our food into our car window & I then noticed that they put random sauce in my burrito to be spiteful!!!

It’s 11:18pm and all I wanted was to eat I’ve been at church everyday til 10pm and I just wanted to get food. His reply was I’ll let you know when I’m ready and I waited some more. Finally I got irritated and drove to the window. He refused to serve me after having me wait for 20 minutes. Worst employee ever! I have never had a bad experience here ever!!!
