This was our first time at Just love coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. We appreciate it that. We went in a group of 12 and had plenty of seating available, comfortable couches to drink our coffee or eat our sandwiches, as well as tables. The food was okay, for the most part everybody enjoyed it. MY sandwich was supposed to be a BLT but the breads were not toasted. Not the same experience when eating a BLT. However my friend’s Foods was excellent. I would come back and recommend this place to my friends. Check schedule online as they close early some days.

Passing through the area in the evening as we we’re getting the snow/drizzling ice last week and Wow!!!! I went through the drive through and the customer service was great! I was greeted with a smile from both the young lady and the manager/owner.
I the apple cinnamon muffin and a chocolate croissant. I was offered a warm beverage as a courtesy (smiles). I knew I was in for a treat when the aroma from the apple cinnamon muffin filled my car. Let’s talk about quality and great ingredients! The muffin was moist and large enough for 2 people! Did I share…absolutely not, lol! The chocolate croissant was flaky and not overly sweet. Perfect combination.

Realistic Review of Just Love Coffee – Arlington, TX
My friends and I visited Just Love Coffee in Arlington during the fall season after having lunch nearby. At first, the atmosphere felt cozy, the interior was inviting, and we were greeted kindly at the door. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there.
When we asked if our drinks could be served in fall-themed mugs, we received raised eyebrows instead of a simple explanation or friendly response. It immediately set an uncomfortable tone.
Things only got more concerning once we sat down. One of the crew members placed my friend’s hot coffee on a table full of kids without calling out a name or checking who it belonged to. Not only was this careless, but it was unsafe.
While we were still enjoying our drinks and chatting, another staff member grabbed one of our mugs without asking, which came off as rude and dismissive. On top of that, at one point the lights were turned off around us, which felt like they were trying to hint for us to leave, even though the shop wasn’t closed yet.
Overall, the treatment we received made the visit extremely uncomfortable. We were a large group, good business for any café, but unfortunately this place lost a whole group of customers due to how we were treated.
If you’re looking for an honest and realistic review, we definitely do not recommend this location. We hope management sees this and takes steps to improve customer service.

Love this place and am glad to see Starbucks getting some competition (there are two Starbucks stores within a block!).
I recently was severely injured and unable to drive or work, so to stay occupied my dog andI walk everywhere. Every time we stop at Just Love the staff are courteous, efficient and professional, often asking about the dog and my injury.
The coffee is top notch delicious, the food is yummy, and the interior is clean, cozy and well lit.

We have been going to grounds and gold for the last few years. We wanted to give this place a shot and it is definitely much much much much better. It is well run, consistently delicious coffee drinks delivered quickly to your table. The staff is perfectly friendly. I would love it if they would add a few gluten-free pastry items.

I went here for a quick little brunch date and we got the womelette and that really nice blue drink that was just soooo yummy. We initially thought the meal was a combo of waffle stuffed with omelette but turns out it’s more so an omelette that is cooked in a waffle maker for the shape. Although It was not initially what we were expecting, It was still a very delicious meal. The house salsa it came with was bomb.com ugh so good!
It was a nice little environment. Seems like people go there for small corporate meetings and such and it is the perfect place to do so.

The ambiance and setup are pleasant, and the dedicated kids’ area is a thoughtful touch for families. Unfortunately, the grilled cheese I ordered was inedible, which really impacted the overall experience. Disappointed to say I won’t be returning.

My first time visiting this coffee shop was on 11/28/2025. We ordered two large iced cookie butter lattes one regular and one decaf and two breakfast burritos. The cashier accidentally gave us smalls, but it wasn’t a big deal, the coffee was really good. While waiting for our breakfast burritos, we decided to order two more. This time we received the correct sizes, but by the time the drinks were finally ready, we were already done eating. The cashier apologized and said the delay was due to them cleaning the decaf maker. I thought that was an odd thing to do in the middle of business hours, but we brushed it off. Still, we waited about 25 minutes for our second round of drinks.
Fast forward to today, 11/29/2025. We decided to try the drive-thru. When we got to the window, we were told they were out of decaf because they were cleaning the machine again, right in the middle of business hours. The employee asked if I could just take regular instead. I said no because I have a caffeine sensitivity, which is why I ordered decaf. She then asked me to choose another drink. I said no, I didn’t understand why they would be cleaning a machine during business hours when customers are actively ordering drinks. She didn’t offer for me to wait or come inside she just refused to make it and insisted it was out of stock, even though it clearly wasn’t. They simply chose to clean the machine 4–5 hours before closing.
If I were the owner, I would want to know why equipment is being cleaned during business hours and why customers are being turned away because of it. The employees at the front also don’t seem very welcoming; they look like they can’t wait to go home and seem unhappy to be there.
