We ordered dinner last night for delivery. Pizza and brownies. Pizza was not even cut in to slices. Then we go to have a brownie. They were burnt so bad that when we opened the box you could smell the burnt scent. So I called the restaurant and spoke to a gentleman told him what happened and asked for a refund and was told that I would not get a refund. Not store policy is what I was told. So, they send a guy out to deliver new brownies only. I told him I wanted to see if they were burnt as well. He was really snotty and said what ever not my problem. And turned around to go to his car. I felt that was very rude and uncalled for.

Avoid this place!!! Unless during the day. The night manager Tanner was very disrespectful and sounded drunk. Literally the worst experience I’ve had. This place has made mistakes on orders in the past but it’s the only pizza place in the area that delivers. in this particular circumstance, after calling to check on our order that was ordered an hour and a half prior to making the call, he said he was going to check on the pizza and hung up the phone on me. After calling back he had another employee answer the phone who was very apologetic for the way his manager Tanner acted. I will tell everyone I know not to order here. I really wish people would take their job more seriously, especially a manager, someone who is supposed to be in charge of the store. Highly advise you avoid this place at all costs.

TAKE CAUTION WITH THIS STORE. Terrible customer service from manager Tanner. Our order was not even put in the oven for over an hour after it was placed the estimated delivery time on the website was within 45 min of ordering for perspective. When we called to ask what was going on he hung up on us. Other staff were able to help us get a refund and were professional. It’s always a gamble when you order from here whether you will get what you ordered or not and if it will get to your house within the estimated time. Stay away from this store.

Updating my review because my last few experiences have been terrible.
I’m not sure if they have new management or what, but my 5 star has now dropped to a two.
Service is taking a lot longer, multiple deliveries are happening at once and pizzas are being delivered without pizza bags now.
My last order, the pizza was in “shambles” with a wet cardboard box and luke warm.
I called the store to educate them, not even requesting a refund or new pizza, but I wanted them to step up their quality to how it used to be.
They offered a replacement, but I refused. I didnt need another cardboard box to recycle.
Waste of $20.00.
Time to find another place I guess. Too bad.

My order was supposed to be picked up at a certain time as i pre paid l, planned for in person pick up during my lunch break. The poor girl running the place by herself was so distracted on the phone until her 2 drivers got back then I was finally helped and told my order hadn’t even been started yet… so now here I am 25 mind after my pick up time still sitting here in there lobby STILL waiting for my lunch order thats now 45 min late…. iv now missed my whole lunch break, i am late back to my job and I pre paid so I have to wait for the order. Iv watched 4 people come in make an order and LEAVE with there orders regardless of what they were… the phone has rang and been answered and helped.. and I’m still waiting for my order… not very happy hopefully next time I won’t waste $15 because my time and money is just as valuable as anyone else’s and now that iv wasted my lunch break waiting for food that was supposed to be ready at pick up and was not… I now have no time to eat my food I just paid for I work in health care and cannot eat during work hours unless its my lunch. So thank you liberty lake dominos. Greatly appreciated.
FYI cussing and yelling your frustrations out and talking about drinking on the job WHILE customers are present and then trying to give out other peoples orders because you can’t slow down enough to think…. probably not the best for business attitude. Had I not already paid I would have walked out and left long ago.
