Ordered a pizza on the app , 11/15:2024 the pizza was sent out late to the point where I had to call the store and question them about it ! The pizza didn’t get here till an HR later then projected time and it wasnt even warm . Not only that out of the 2 marinaras I PAID for mind you , one must’ve been opened / on the shelf for a year picture attached below of the marinara cups . I could’ve got sick if I would’ve ate the marinara cup on the right .

My daughter had a problem with the pizza toppings upon calling a arrogant employee an put us on a block for deliveries. I spoke with the owner Doug. He apologized and said the employee had no authority to block a customer. I attempted to order again on Monday. I was NOW told I tried to pay with a fake 100 bill!! and I’m blocked for delivery. The manager Misty told me this. I explained I only pay with credit cards. I’m a 62yr old lady but I was not getting through to her. As of now I’m beginning to think it’s a race issue. No order has been placed on my phone since 7/1/25. This place is unbelievable. I lived in Old Forge 25yrs. Dunmore 6yrs and never had a issue. I don’t like to be lied on. I’m not a child and I deserve respect.

It’s Dominos, so there’s that. I’m not rating the food, you know what you’re getting. But the orders have always been correct, the staff is polite, and the store seems clean, so they get 5 stars.

Placed a order on 7/10/25 at 2:51. I ordered extra toppings. I didn’t get it. I just moved to the area. The manager claimed he did. He was very arrogant and nasty. I have been ordering from the Dominos in Old Forge PA for 25yrs. Never a problem with customer service. He then went on to tell me he blocked me before and will do it again and hung up. Very rude and at this point i would not order from Carbondale PA Domino’s again.

I ordered my pizza twice from here and they messed them up both & when I called for them to remake it the manger gave me an attitude behind me wanting my order corrected & told me she won’t make another pizza because they messed up my order twice and told me I’ll have to take credit she’s absolutely insane ! the first one was cold and not well done like I put in the instructions . & the second one looks as if someone dropped my pizza and put it back in the box this has to be the worst dominos

I ordered a hot wing pizza. I recieved it with no hot wing sauce on it. It was just chicken and cheese. Another time I got Alfredo chicken pasta and it had hair in it. How many times do I give this place a shot??
