Wow the quesobirras was phenomenal! Really live the red sauce and the soup to dip the tacos in was delicious . Even got some cucumbers that gave me a break from the spice. So good! Highly recommend.

Anyone who recommends this place doesn’t not know about tacos! The only good thing about this place is that it’s open late. They are super stingy with the meat portions and the meat is literally the lowest quality. I used to come to this place often years ago but it just continues to go downhill. Salinas needs better taco trucks that are open late.

Seafood and tacos all in one food truck!! Good, fast service and the food is incredibly delicious. & they even have a TV on the outside of the food truck for customers to watch while they wait for their order to be ready. Late night munchies are satisfied at this location.

Always great food and open late! No sitting area since it’s a food truck but we take it to go. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu! Definitely check out La Paloma next time you want a great burrito or tacos!

My husband and I love their tacos sooo much, and they’re so delicious that every time we each eat 8 or more to feel like we’ve had enough! My favorite is lingua and my husband’s favorite is chorizo. Yumm!!

Got shrimp, asada and carnita tacos. Asada is my favourite while my hub like the shrimp ones. Value for money and great pit stop for refuel while in Salinas. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

The BEST!!! Freshly made Agua Frescas (I had the Cucumber /Lime) A killer Asada Vampira (with grilled peppers & onions on the side). And some Veggies Nachos (with white beans & loads of avocado). Damn good fresh Tortilla Chips too! My partner had the Burrito al Pastor, which he devoured. He was thrilled with the red sauciness & delicious tortilla. Was driving through Salinas at lunchtime and picked a well reviewed “restaurant” from a Good Map search of nearby spots. We’re from Los Angeles County and have a considerable selection of good Mexican at our disposal. Yet La Paloma blew us away! The truck is tricked out with a hand washing station, a Virgin Mary alter, floodlights, & speaker system. There’s even a large passenger van parked nearby (for easy replenishing I suspect). No seating other than the curb and there’s little shade at 2pm near the end of summer. Service was friendly, efficient, & bi-lingual. Salinas has designated signage for Food Truck use between the hours of 10am & 3am. Not sure the Truck is there that late (early?!) .
