I went in around 8:30 PM, which is pretty close to closing. Haven’t been to a Starbucks in a while to get a drink, but I wanted to see if they would make me a fun drink without coffee or tea. Even though I came in a bit later, the service was quick and friendly. I asked if I they would make me a concoction without coffee or tea. She happily did so. I wish I got her name. Now I’m sitting in my car, snow falling, with a warm fun drink. I know it’s corny, but this is what I needed after a crazy week.
Side note, they remodeled this Starbucks, it’s a bit smaller now. The atmosphere was still welcoming, but a little less cozy than I remember. There’s less seating, I probably wouldn’t go here to stay and chill.

Biggest jerks EVER !! Didn’t want to give me hot water for my baby’s bottle, since when do you have to purchase something to have water ? Every Starbucks I go I get water without a purchase,although I buy coffee on a daily basis just not this time because I had my morning coffee. Oh and also said they were closed when I saw customer purchasing coffee instead the premises. WOW J E R K S

Didn’t bother to say hello. So I said hi to the two barista. I got weird looks from them.
I got a vanilla cold brew
I watched her. Literally layered Syrup and cold brew And milk
I just see all the syrup at the bottom.
I asked kindly for her to stir it for me.
She passed me a stick. What am I supposed to do with a wooden stick? Build a fire???
So then I asked if she could do it for me with the long baristas spoons. She says “or you can just stir it with your straw”
….what? Do your freaking job.
And maybe greet people too. That would be cool.
I worked at Starbucks in San Diego for 3 years. I could’ve just gone back there and made myself a proper drink.

I don’t believe it was too busy but it took 18 minutes for my food to come out. Many other items were ordered after that got cooked first. The drive thru wasn’t super busy. I don’t think food was being cooked in the order it was ordered. My drink was cold before I walked out from waiting.

I placed a mobile order through the drive thru, after telling someone at the screen and informed them of my mobile order and was told to pull forward. Once I got to the window, the Barista was extremely rude accusing me of not telling them at the screen of my mobile order. I have never left a bad review at a Starbucks, but I have never been treated so rudely and accused multiple times of something. She didn’t even get me time to ask for straws before slamming the window on me… I used to work at Starbucks myself, and never would of behaved this way..

Shoutout to Anna and Liz for amazing service! We had some super specific customized drinks and Liz made them perfectly, while Anna at the window went above and beyond with her positivity and Liz even wrote uplifting messages on our cups. They happily grabbed us a couple extra venti waters too. Their energy and customer service really stood out, so impressed I made sure to get their names. Thank you both for making our Starbucks run the best part of the day!

If you’re looking for good coffee and service look elsewhere , because this is not the place.
Terrible beverages , coffees , teas even got chocolate , very unfriendly stuff and not the best location to park.
Seriously , this chain is getting worse and worse and more overpriced each day.The quality is simply not there anymore for the price they’re asking for.And if we add a poor service , we have a terrible combination.
Sorry but no more business from me.
There are better places with more friendly stuff around.

The iced cold brew with vanilla sweet cream was great, and so was the sausage, egg and cheddar English muffin. Service was nice and friendly and great place to sit down with your laptop and do some work
