Friendly little sandwich shop that caters to regulars and locals…they literally knew everybody who walked in. Regardless, service was awesome and food was delicious. We will definitely come back (we live 30 min away).
We probably ordered too much food, but it was worth it because we were hungry. The mozzarella sticks and fries were served hot and the amount of food for the price on the sandwiches were well worth it, if you want leftovers later.or want to share a sub with somebody else.

Everything that I’ve ever had here is great, but their turkey subs are, no question, the absolute BEST that you can get! They bake REAL Turkeys and there’s no comparison to other, deli style turkey! I, personally, get their “Thanksgiving Sub” and it is the best sub that I’ve ever had in my life! So good that I’ve been ordering it about 3x/week, for the last 6 months… no exaggeration. They’re extremely consistent and in all of those times that I’ve ordered, each time a little bit ‘modified’ my way, they’ve never once messed up my order and have nailed it on the head every single time. The owners and staff are always amazing! I’d give them 100 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just had the Thanksgiving sub and BBQ chicken wings. My first time there, a friend recommended The Sub Factory. It was Delicious. OMG the sub is amazing. Great combination of ingredients. Good prices, friendly staff and quick service. You need to give them a visit.

They were friendly, but I noticed that they charged me differently than what is advertised. I showed them that their website is showing different prices than what their board in store displays and what they actually charged (i ordered over the phone so i was using their website to price my order). They said the prices changed a month ago, and it seems everything I ordered was 1.50-2.00 more. Its just super annoying when businesses keep old prices up, its false advertising. I felt that they could have at least offered to honor the online prices when I pointed it out, but they didnt. Overall the food was okay, sub rolls were the width of a hot dog roll which I thought was odd and chicken wings were on the softer side of crispy. The last time I ordered here was years ago and I remember it being better than what it was this visit. Ill probably just go to byrne and dairy next time honestly.

This charming family owned sandwich shop has spoiled us for all other subway shops and blows the chain restaurants out of the water. It is worth the short detour off the highway for the mouth watering fresh baked bread and fresh and generous toppings. We ordered the turkey smokehouse and the turkey Bobby which is named for the original owner. Both had hand carved turkey and were delicious but the Smokehouse (which is served warm) was the star for us because we love guacamole. It doesn’t get better than this all the while supporting a family owned business and a veteran (thank you for your service). We are Canadians traveling through the U.S. but we will definitely be back when we are passing through again!

When we were there last it was notable that things could have been cleaner. That aside, just like previous visits, I think the person who usualy assembles the subs should slow down. When you open the package, what you have is a mess. Subs can be that way, but we notice this each time. Good food, but a little more care would be appreciated. Thank you.

I started with the cream cheese, bacon and ham pizza slice. That was pretty good and different. I got the Turkey Smokehouse sub made with fresh cooked rurkey. Toasted with Chipotle mayo, quac , cheese and LTO. That was very good, a must try. My wife got the Bobby sub wich is a turkey sub with choice of ingredients. It was very good being made with fresh made turkey. She had a side of mac salad. She didn’t like it because it had mustard in it and she is not a mustard fan. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

My son and I visited here for the first time today and we were thoroughly impressed. The food came out fast and fresh and the staff was very friendly. The Italian sub I had hit the spot snd my son enjoyed his ham sub. We will definitely be returning!!!
