This place is habitually slow and late. This was the 3rd consecutive time that the original time given on the tracker was exceeded. Tonight it went from 5:42pm to 6:29pm. A small pizza and 8 wings should under no circumstances take 75 minutes. DO NOT WASTE your evenings sitting in the parking lot watching the tracker time just climb and climb. Management needs a hard lesson on timely services. I won’t be back.

You can’t even get anything right i have called in and asked for A pepperoni cheese and pineapple pizza and an 8 piece hot buffalo wings and when I got here they gave me a cheese pizza no wings so you guys need to get your shit together

Every single time my husband or I go in here, the staff are super nice and helpful. Our orders are always quick even when they are busy. Food quality and service, are always great. The manager and this organization always helps with any fundraising or community event any way they can. I’m thankful for this business and staff. Keep up the good work!!!!

Place sucks they want a tip for delivery drives yet the drives take an hour to do a 10 minute drive. Food also sucks 0-10 would not recommend at all!

After my food set in the “checking quality” for over a half hour. I called to be told it can’t be remade that’s good enough and after he accosted with “have you ever worked food service “ well yes many years from short order to McDonald’s. So don’t waste your money when i said that’s not a way to speak to a customer and that’s not fresh food the rude lady canceled the order. Like grow up.

It’s a little bland but good price. I have only ordered twice. First time they forgot the sauce I ordered and paid for. Almost happened again until I said “is the sauce inside the box?”. Both times they didn’t cut the pizza very well at all. Both times the delivery drivers were very nice and the whole order start to finish was fast, easy and pretty good! Would recommend!

Last 4 or so times I call an order in, I always get put on hold and then they never pick the phone back up. Tired of wasting my time trying to order there. Always mess up my dad’s orders as well. Little Italy gets my business from now on.

Would be great if employees that work there start paying attention to an order when making them and give sauces when they’ve been ordered & paid for. Biggest reason this business hasn’t closed is because there’s no other pizza places in crooksville that is cheap. They really need employees that care about the job and not if their friends while on the job but that’s just my opinion, maybe the company likes hearing all the complaining from customers, who knows!!!

Food is always good. They are quick and friendly only reason why I’m not giving five stars is because I asked for my wings to be all flat. They said they can’t do that. I said I would even pay extra they still said they couldn’t do it.
