My sandwich was definitely not prepared properly. They didn’t even put the amount that was supposed to go actually on the sandwich up there so it was like basically they just delivered bread to me.

I got hungry for a good deli sandwich while shopping nearby grocery store, u packed up car ordered on app & after arriving & greeted nicely my sandwich was ready fast. The Outlaw was made perfectly just as ordered & was delicious. First visit to this store & will be back again. Love what the did with inside since it once was a gas / service station in the 90’s (I worked there at that time).

I never have a wait here. The staff are always nice, if ever changing or perhaps I’m just lucky enough to experience the diversity of employees. The food is always made exa try as I ask even when I place my order online or on the app. The cookies are always baked to perfecrion… not underdone nor over done. The indoor seating is nice … almost homey when you consider its a chain sandwich shop. There is outdoor seating. There is NOT a drive-thru. The parking lot can be ever so slightly tricky getting out of just because of the way its situated. Watch out for the giant pot hole and the people coming out of the Wendy’s drive-thru.

3 times I’ve made the mistake of ordering from this location. 3 times they’ve screwed the order up. I order a 40oz soda, In get a 21oz, once they forgot ice. Didn’t ask for it toasted, they toasted it. Apparently the app to pre order isn’t idiot proof, and again this is why fast food workers can’t get 15.00 an hour. The simplicity of following pre written directions for a supposed sandwich artist proves to difficult again.

Steak is King. Subway leaves their steak just sitting all day, in a sandwich cooler, the top layer (what they are going to serve you) is exposed to the warm environmental air. The steak never seems to be Hot, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever gotten something Hot from Subway, its always lukewarm at best. Portion your steak, keep it COLD, heat it till it’s HOT.

Don’t go to the one in leetsdale. I ordered a tuna. Bowl with extra veggies got a 1/2 full bowl with 3 peppers a pinch of lettuce a few pieces of spinach , 2 scoops of tuna. A 1/2piece of cheese. Called said they remake me one but I don’t live close. They should’ve refunded my money when I told him that. Christine whoever she is needs training or to learn to read off the app.or however they do when you order online. Thanks for ruining my dinner and wasting my money!!

This particular Subway is rather small in terms of size, the food is OK but I really didn’t feel like it was anything that special, though I do like that one of the seating options are a couch and to easy chairs, but I think that Subway in terms of the whole franchise needs to add more filling options to their menu like the buffalo chicken sub at “Mr. Subb” in the capital region of NY, and maybe more meaty options like at DeBellas

I fell for it again… I won’t be back here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They rush through making the sandwiches. They did not toast the sandwiches near like they should have! The bread was soggy and the meat was still cold. Not warm like they were supposed to be. Never again!
