I ordered through the app and waited over an hour for two footlongs. When I went in 2 other people were waiting for their mobile orders for seemingly a long time. At least 6 people walked out while I was there because it was taking so long. Another mobile order came in after me and also stated she had placed it an hour ago and they still had not started her order. The food ended up fine, one was supposed to be toasted and I can’t tell if it was or if it just sat so long at the counter that it got cold. the service was not great

If you would like to have a good day, do NOT stop here… I have came in twice this week for lunch (8/28 and 8/25), which was my first mistake… The women who run this place all day are rude, snooty, and full of themselves… They rush you through your order and barely give you any time to think while rolling their eyes and sighing… Not to mention that there was nobody behind me in line and they just wanted me out.. And good luck trying to talk to the manager… The other women always tell me “she’s busy she can’t talk to you try coming in later”… How unprofessional. You never see any of them wash their hands either… The dining area is never clean yet is completely empty with three workers… So in conclusion, dirty, unprofessional, and extremely rude. Will not be returning and will be telling friends about my experience…

These girls Tonight were Amazing in all aspects. They were busy with online orders and I wasn’t even aware they were knocking them out as we were waiting for the customer before us. Mystical, Alexis & Stephanie such characters they were working together very well to get everything done. Our subs were Delicious Thank You so Much definitely appreciate you ladies.

I ordered on line for the first time. I ordered a 6″ cold cut on white bread. It was very dry, unlike most times that I visit these chains. My biggest disappointment was that I ordered a six pack of oatmeal raisin cookies and got chocolate chip cookies instead. I didn’t look in the bag. I don’t particularly like Subway’s chocolate chip cookies. They are too soft for my taste. Very disappointed .

I’m so irritated by this shop. Hope so I get three different answers about the same subject: bread in a 20-minute time frame. How is it that I’m sent away while waiting for my mobile order…because the shop is making fresh bread, only to come back and decide to refund my money because they still don’t have bread?! Just having wasted 40 minutes of my time is absurd!! Do better!!

On 2/1/25 I made an online order that would be ready in 20 mins (6:30pm). When I arrived about 30mins later. I was told the food wasn’t done. Fine. I waited about more minutes just to be told that they were out of bread and just put more in the oven to cook and that it wouldn’t be ready for another 20mins. I leave and come back, told them my name and order, and then was told the sandwich was literally being made and it’s almost done. Not seeing my sandwiches being made, I ask the cashier what’s going on, and she tells me they are out of bread for the night. What????? How did I get the run around for an hour?? After I expressed what had taken place, nobody even apologize. They didn’t even offer a refund!! I had to ask for it. Such an incredibly terrible experience and waste of time

Nikki the manager has 2x messed up my orders,
The first time she put 4meatballs in THE BOSS footlong when it’s supposed to be 8 meatballs for a footlong, I get home and it’s all sauce on one side of the sub. How do you work here and your a manager and you don’t put the correct amount of meatballs in a meatball sub? I thought maybe it was a honest mistake but this time she put Grilled Chicken in my sub that is a Rotisserie chicken sub!?. It’s a huge difference in taste. They have a grilled chicken sub on the menu and they also have a rotisserie chicken sub so what’s going on? It’s so frustrating. I will be checking double triple checking my order is correct from now on.
