They were out of pizza on the buffet. And only had pepperoni and sausage and cheese pizzas. Kylie was very courteous and efficient. It was not overly busy.

This place was filthy. Staff was alright. Food was average. That said they are committing fraud against their customers knowingly here. Friend of mines working on a story about it and I saw it first person myself. The new owner is charging people for the 2 for 20 deal and even puts the drinks and things on the receipt but then refuses to give you the drinks which is fraudulent activity. You are charged for it as part of the deal because it’s on the receipt. That makes what they are doing blatant fraud. They know this for certain as I explained it to them myself when I went there the other day. They acknowledged it and the employees don’t really care. Their new owners a cheapskate according to the employees and is cutting costs and corners everywhere he can. I highly recommend you go to any other place to eat than here. There were flies everywhere. Huge piles of dirt everywhere they just kept adding too instead of sweeping up. Also a horrendous amount of food waste and lack of basic kitchen hygiene. They don’t wash the utensils like pizza cutters they just dip them in water between uses meaning you are getting dirty water and old pizza in your fresh pizzas as well as flies.

They need to fix the hours of operation. Placed an online order through the Pizza Inn site and received a call 15 minutes later saying they close at 4:00 on Sundays. There was nothing on the site to indicate they wouldn’t be open. The store hours on Google say they’re open until 10p. I have suggested an edit, but it’s not helpful to me now. There’s no option to cancel the order or get a refund online either. I don’t live in the area, so going to the store on another day isn’t really an option.
Update: I ended up staying in town another day so I was able to pick up my order on Monday. The pizza was good. The manager apologized and explained they were short handed. I understand but the communication between the franchisee and Pizza Inn still needs to be better so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Updated my rating from 1 Star to 3 stars since I was able to get what I purchased and got an apology.

Walked in around 7:10 they didn’t have nearly anything on the buffet, barely any plates and no bowls for salad. We put our request in for the bar and it literally took probably over 40 minutes for anything to get out. Around 7:40 two families came in and were eating the pizza that was literally there when we initially arrived. We still waited patiently and when I finally asked about our pizza request they had forgotten it and said it was going to be an additional wait. It wasn’t till like 8:10 they finally started to stock the bar back up. The server maintaining the floor literally took two phone calls while we were in there eating. I’m guessing it was her older child that was in there was just eating off the bar when the manager wasn’t around. Just seemed like they didn’t have an effective flow even on ToGo orders. When we finally ate a piece or two of pizza and left it was 8:25 and of course the manager was outside on the phone chatting it up. Out of respect we also tipped because those kids seemed stressed and was handling everything it seemed. Just would definitely recommend taking the extra 30 minutes and going to franklinton pizza inn.

After driving all the way to McComb to pick up a pizza from Dominoes a friend ordered for me. It looked and tasted like cardboard.
We decided to go to Pizza Inn on a Whim. Such an awesome whim. That pizza was fantastic. I haven’t had pizza like that in such a long time. It was delicious, wonderful good old fashion pizza.
Oh God a the Cinnamon Stromboli is to die for. To the wants and workers keep up the great job. It is appreciated.

SLOW when it comes to ordering a pizza for takeout. Got there 20 minutes after placing my order for one pizza, and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my order because they “lost my order.” On the bright side, they did offer me a free drink and marinara sauce to try to make it right!

We were so blessed to find an open restaurant after Hurricane Ida. Pizza Inn was open and the staff was so welcoming. We ordered a thin crust pizza and the salad bar. The salad bar was well stocked and everything was fresh. All the bowls had mounds of ice surrounding them. We made our salads and really enjoyed them. The pizza was loaded with toppings, piping hot and smelled as delicious as it tasted. All the staff was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in the restaurant.

I’m so glad this place is back to how I remember it as a child. We visited here this past Sunday after hearing about it going under different management to try it out. The pizza was fresh and so good! They even asked us if there were any special requests to make for the buffet. They were constantly bringing out fresh pizza. The price was also very reasonable (around $12 adult/$6 kid). Will be back again as long as the good food and service stays!!

Only 3 pizzas on buffet and they were all old and hard. Inedible. Took about 15-20 minutes for them to bring anything else out. Restaurant was not paked. Only 4 families there.
One of the workers was very rude. Constantly staring and giving ugly looks. We were not doing anything but eating. When we went outside to leave she walked out the back door stood by her vehicle still doing the same thing. I have no idea who this woman was but I think she was the manager.

Absolutely horrible. The buffet had dried out stale pizza on it. We arrived around 12 noon. Nothing on the buffet but pepperoni and cheese. One pizza was way over cooked and had been there a while “hard as a brick” every pizza on the buffet was not cut through, we had to either finish cutting it with the serving tool or pull it apart with our hands. Very poor management. I will not, EVER eat at that pizza inn again. Once we ate the end of eating the waitress tells us that we can ask for another type of pizza to be put on the buffet, wouldn’t you tell that to the customer when you seat them? Also right before leaving, I noticed a black glob of something floating in my tea. Awful.
