Portion sizes are not it. One roll was 10$ and it was 8 pieces but the pieces were HALF the size of sushi pieces of the roll that we bought that was 5.95. Also got a tuna roll half was fresh and half was fish that was sitting out for a while added pictures below. Spent 30 on 3!!!! Rolls. If the quality was higher on the sushi itself I wouldn’t be as upset. But it get small rolls and sushi that has been sitting around for awhile just kinda feel its not worth it.

Ordered a couple hand rolls and the assorted tempura and a hot sake. Both of our orders were very disappointing. The fish was not fresh in the hamachi handrolls and the creamy and spicy creamy scallop handrolls were very over sauced. Oozing mayo. Both the shrimp & vegetable portions of the tempura were extremely thick with gooey bready tempura to the point where they were all glued together in the bottom of the basket. Definitely not light or crispy. We didn’t receive our drinks until our meal was more than 2/3rds eaten. And finally they gave us our bill before we were even 3/4 finished with what we did want to eat after picking off copious amounts of tempura goo. The staff made us feel like they were just trying to turn the tables over quickly. Bye bye thank you bye-bye. We had had successful meals prior to this one but I don’t think we’ll be going back again anytime soon to say the least. Bye-bye thank you bye-bye …..

Wagaya has the best service out of almost any restaurant I have been to, the staff are so friendly, remember people and put so much into presentation it makes a lunch break into something that feels special.

We stumbled in hungry, as they were one of the only places open. Pleasantly surprised to the point that we’ll go out of way to revisit the next time we’re are traveling through Camas. Definitely recommended.

My mom and I came for Fujiya Ramen but found it closed permanently. But like a hero, Wagaya appeared from across the parking lot with an absolutely delicious tonkotsu ramen! It had a broth so good, my mom said it was some of the best she ever had! A cozy atmosphere and friendly staff is a nice plus too!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This place is hands down the worst sushi ever! I ordered from UberEats 2 tuna nigiri, 2 hamachi nigiri, and the fried calamari appetizer. Calamari was good. The fish was terrible. Several things were wrong: 1) they arrived warm, so had a fishy smell. I put it in the work fridge to bring the temperature down, which made it edible and lose the smell; 2) see where I circled on the tuna? That is tough connective filament better known as sinew. You can’t bite through it, nor can you chew it. Trying to will tear the fish up; 3) the tuna was not at all fresh and was inedible. I didn’t eat it, it went in the trash (wasting food is not something I do, but this was necessary; 4) see the photo of where I lifted the fish slices off of the rice? No wasabi on the rice. Zero wasabi provided. Zero ginger provided to refresh the palate between the different fish. I sincerely regret ordering from here, and I honestly think the 1 star review is deserved. If you go to or order from here, take heed.

This restaurant just had its grand opening. Seems there still some construction and storage issues to iron out. Parking is easy. The restaurant and the restrooms are clean. Could be more Covid -safe. Food is served on dishes, but you eat off paper goods
Now to the food. It’s super reasonable! Sushi rolls are served in four piece segments. The ingredients are fresh, the flavor is good, and the presentation is nice. But having small quantities like this, you can try out more choices! I will be back!!!!

Quite a good rotating sushi bar and grill! They have a wide selection of sushi to choose from, and sold for good prices. All of the typical favorites, including unagi rolls and calamari, which is what I personally always look for. They also have some good in-kitchen entrees, such as the beef don and yakisoba. In addition, customer service is friendly, and the food gets to you quickly. I would gladly come back to this restaurant!
