I had a very concerning experience at Thai Express Westfield mall. While eating my food, I found a metal piece inside my meal. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable, as it could have caused serious injury.
Finding a foreign object in food raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves their food preparation and inspection processes to ensure customer safety.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

My go to meal is the black pepper chicken and spicy chicken with lomein . I was glad to see they had sugar donuts , I haven’t had one in years, They were fresh and perfect !

The food is okay! Idk that I would call it Thai food. The women giving samples didn’t speak English very well. There was a language barrier . I got a combo and asked for veggies too, they told me to add another meat. I asked if it came with meat and veggies? They said yes. I then bought another meat and they told me no veggies, I had to buy another meat. Kind of a grifter scam. Kind of rude actually.

JAN 31st, 2026 – The cashier needs to leave this place if you guys want your business to survive. First and foremost we came for thai food not Chinese lol. This is not thai food. Plus the previous thai place on this same exact location left for doing exactly what they’re doing now – stingy with food they want to give u all noodles w/o the meat. It’s surreal. We r not coming bck but this business doesn’t stand the chance of surviving.

It was a hit tonight. Hot and fresh and tasty. Rice noodles and spicy chicken
Rice noodles and spicy chicken were pretty good tonight … temperature hot and tasty. My only issue is portion consistency … sometimes the container is packed, tonight it seems like it was barely half-full.

I got food from here and while I was eating it I look down and I see a hair in it. Short light brown hair, I have dark brown long hair. I take it out and look through my food. I found 4 other hairs in there. This is genuinely disgusting I wouldn’t recommend.

Thai Express! Where can I start! The customer service is rude! The food is not Thai food! More on the Chinese food side. I got the Honey Chicken, mango chicken, and the spicy chicken! All of the dishes were dry and not fresh! I wouldn’t recommend Thai Express to anyone!

I haven’t even been to this place and already decided that I don’t want to go. I just read on Next Door about how rude these people are. The article was about how rude they were to an autistic young lady, 14 years old. It’s really interesting how terrible people are and why would anyone want go to a place where the employees are disrespect the rule and discriminate against people. I hope all these othe bad reviews closes this place down.
