My son and I stopped in for Pizza Hut’s lunch buffet. Heidi greeted us right away and took our drink order. We enjoyed the buffet. There is a limited selection of pizzas, pastas, and bread sticks. Customers are able to request the kind of pizza they would like. It is a nice, quick and delicious lunch.

The last two times I went there counting tonight, I had to wait at least 20 minutes longer to get my food than I was supposed to. Tonight they made the wrong size, and had to wait longer. They gave me two medium pizzas and were rude about it like it was my fault. Didn’t even apologize one bit.

However, do not order “pepperoni cups” as a topping. Tastes like burnt shoe leather. Pizza Hut does a lot right, but that is wrong.

Paid almsot 28$ for a buffet for me and my father, all the pizza was hours old was the cheese on the pizza and pasta was hard to the touch, even crunchy. I said something and they told me I was wrong but they could make another pizza for us. We sat for another 45 minutes and were denied a refund. Do not dire here unless they get new management and have a larger buffet. Not worth pizza ranch prices for 3 hard pizzas one old pasta and damp salad.

Update: Tried it again and got FIVE STAR pizza and customer service!!! Got exactly what we ordered and friendly delivery! Pizza Hut manager made it right and I say, “thank you very much!”
This would be 5 star, but for the last pizza I ordered and had delivered. That was below average. I did not get what I ordered. I got a thin crust pizza with very little sauce and no extra cheese. I ordered the thick crust with extra cheese. It was very hard to eat and the large was not enough for 3 people. We usually have 2 slices left with the thick crust and it’s soft and easy to chew, not hard and tough as shoe leather.

Pizza was delicious, hot, served with a smile! We called ahead, they said it would be 20 minutes and they brought it with in minutes of our arrival. Asked our drink preference as we sat and delivered with the pizza! Place looked very neat and clean, even the restrooms. Staff were super, friendly and attentive! Definitely deserved 5*! Ate there 9/15/2022
