Why order from here when they take 2+ hours to drop off a cold pizza. You could DoorDash from somewhere else and get your food in 30 minutes and it’s still warm. Won’t ever order papa John’s delivery again.

So I ended up getting my carryout order 25 minutes after my expected time. That’s fine it was busy. But I also asked for all of my pizzas to be square cut. Of which none of them were square cut. And my one pizza that was just sausage had sausage sprinkled here and there on the pizza. It’s really sad how this location is continually gone downhill

I order from this place a lot. Or at least I used to. Delivery guy had to come back twice because he forgot my entire order it was about half cold cut wrong. So I called to speak to the manager and he was less than pleasant. If you guys order pizza from here I hope you have a better experience than I did.

So I just ordered pizza from Papa John’s and the first pizza was made correctly but was missing the spicy Italian sausage (which was $5 extra), so I contacted the location and informed them that it was made missing my Italian sausage on my pizza. I was told that I could have it credited back or a new one delivered. So I really wanted my pizza, so I asked for a remake. Waiting an extra 20 minutes to come for the one to come to be under cooked and just sauce in a big chunk of the pizza and an overly rushed job. I am big on tipping so I tipped the driver $10 the first time he came. But then assuming it was going to be too notch upon it coming back for it to look like this second photo. Very disappointed.

This is by my home and the manager has been here for awhile and he is an absolute awesome leader of this store.
How he speaks with customers and his staff is very refreshing to see now a days. I have always liked this store and will continue to go here because of the staff.

Ewww! “NY style” crust was stretchy and underdone even when asked for well done! Pepperonis burn faster than the pizzas gets a chance to cook. Stick to the original crust, as doughy and bland as it may be.

Wasn’t ready on time, way late. It’s now past bedtime and our food hasn’t even been started. Papa tracker is a lie. Asked for extra cheese and there’s barely any cheese on it. This is the second time this has happened.

8/25/20. This is an updated review from previous bad experience. Last couple times pizza was lacking crust and was doughy(soggy). Today they actually got the pizza close to perfect. Nice crust, not doughy, nice amount of toppings, and was hot. So they get a 4 star from a 3 this time. Hope it stays that way. These pics is how their pizza should look and taste. Didn’t stay that way. 7/23/21 order was doughy again. They will make it right though. Was offered remake or credit. So if your willing to wait another 30 minutes or so.
