Preordered my pizza at 11am for a 4pm pickup. Got there at 4pm and was told that they were still making orders for a 1pm pickup. They said they had 700 pizza’s to make and they were running 2-3 hrs. behind. They told me for a 4pm pickup the earliest I could expect my pizzas would be 7pm that evening. I had a whole house for of people arriving at 5pm for pizza. The whole lobby was screaming with unhappy customers. They were extremely rude and unwilling to help. The manager told me that I could expect to see a refund on my credit card later that evening. Looked at my credit card and not only did I not see a refund, but I was charged for the pizzas. Called back at 9pm that night and was told that I would need to speak to a manager tomorrow about this. So I paid for $50 worth of pizza’s and got nothing but the run around. Very unhappy along with several others from the Shakopee area.

1 1/2 hours behind pre ordered pizza. Went to pick it up at the set time and told it would be a hour and a half at best. No notifications. Just showed up and told they weren’t ready. Refunded. And had to find last minute plans.

Wow! So delicious. They had non-dairy cheese and I was able to order a vegan pizza and a vegan calzone. They were both so completely delicious and fresh! I highly recommend this place oh and by the way they have vegan cheese!

I ordered ahead on the website and it was very easy. I thought the prices were very reasonable. You could spend just a little on basic pizzas or spend more on the specialty pizzas. Order was ready on time and everything was there. Their rewards program is worth signing up for. The pan pizza is awesome!!!

It was easy to place an order online, I could pick up the order within 30 min of placing it, the order was ready when I walked in the door. The quality of ingredients was great and it was yummy! I also really like how they make the heart for Valentine’s day and the pumpkin for Halloween, my kids love them and I love how easy they are!

We order 2 pizzas, brought them home and attempted to cook them.
The dough had a huge bubble show up in the middle of 1 of the pizzas.
Cooked as directed, top was done and the bottom was doughy and stuck to the paper. Both were disgusting and inedible. Just sad.
Received an “oh well” from the store when contacted.
Never again.
