ive been buying my cakes here for years and never had any problems . Recently my son had a birthday party and his cake was good but last week i purchased a cake from them for my daughter . i gave them a week in advance to prepare the cake. Day of serving the cake it was pink and blue icing on the inside of the cake (not what i asked for) the cake was suppose to be pink and orange icing only . They used a cake they already had in there and used it for my daughter’s cake and covered it with pink and orange icing. Everyone from the party has been throwing up and has diarrhea since then . Im the only one who did not eat any of the cake so im fine . I did not pay my hard earned money for my entire family to be sick .This was Very lazy and unsafe . I will never be back again!

I have been CRAVING danishes lately and when I walked in here it was like walking into my own personal candy store… Danishes in every flavor I love and several I’ve never tried before. I got an apricot danish (of course) and then I had to get one of the MONSTROUSLY enormous apple danishes and I’m having difficulty typing this one handed while I alternate cramming these danishes in my face. 10/10, no notes.

I won a free dozen cupcakes from Jackson’s Bakery and Hits 96.5 radio. They were fresh, delicious, and decorated with pretty flowers and nice colors. We don’t live near the bakery but my husband saw lots of good things like doughnuts and cakes that he said he’d like to come back and try! The store was small and busy with customers, and I understand why, so maybe consider placing your order by phone ahead of time like I did. Great experience and I’m glad I got to try this bakery!

If you love cream horns, especially those double stuffed with cream, head to Jackson Bakery. This bakery makes the flakiest pastries filled with generous portions of fruit and cream. Once you try their danishes, you will never buy grocery store again. Their handmade apple pie was bursting with apples and delicious. You can also custom order a cake and pies and they have a nice assortment of cookies. Well worth the visit.

Wonderful local bakery, located right by Epikos Comics recently celebrating 50 years.
I got two large danishes for under $5 and they were delicious. The selection was good, and the prices were great.
Worth the stop on your way.

Cake was soooo beautiful exactly how I wanted it. The black icing tastes great with no after taste like most colored icing. Nice size cake and talk about for a GREAT price other people were going to charge 100+ which is crazy but not here at Jackson bakery. Definitely recommend
