Like the food, reasonable price if you have coupons.
Big downside, person taking my order kept calling me sweetheart and honey. I am sorry, but I am not your sweetheart or honey. Then before giving me my drink cups she had to tell me all about her mobile home. When she asked me a name for the order, I said Pat, she taps her forehead and said “I should have known that”.
I am sorry lady, but you don’t know me and I am darn sure I don’t know you.

Great food, always as a brand, almost always at this site. If you know this roast beef well, you know if it’s sliced too thick it tastes like dog food and if it’s sliced too thin you have a pile of shavings. But just right and you have delicious perfection!
I used the drive thru on this visit so I can’t comment on cleanliness or anything inside, but it’s usually clean.
The only thing that had made me want to call to complain…. the employees. ☹️ Not the entire team but we’ve been there at times when the people working are yelling at each other, they’ve been on cell phones while we’ve waited, they’ve finished personal conversations with each other before coming to the counter (and I’ve seen it from the inside when the drive thru had been ignored a bit too long also) but nothing that would stop me from being an Arby’s consumer.
It says that I had a 10-30 min wait time for a table, but I had a 13 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me.

Had the new steak nugget sandwich. It tasted like hunks of roast beef rather than steak. It would have been OK if it was hot and had a little more salt.

I tried the Loaded Italian & it wasn’t what I expected. Plenty of meats & cheese but too much bread & mayonnaise.

Did an online order that said ready in 5 min. NOT! There’s 3 people in this store working and it took over 10 min after I got there to get my order. The employees didn’t have a care in the world taking their sweet time to service food overcooked. My chicken tenders were so dry I couldn’t even eat them along with my curly fries. for having to wait so long for the food you’d think it would at least be fresh. I worked at an Arby’s when I was 19 and we ran our store with 2 ppl with larger rushes than I seen at this location. The work ethic really has gone down hill. No one cares about doing their job right as long as they get paid every two weeks. Definitely won’t ever come back here.

People…the people who own manage hire and train these local folks have made a grave error…time for you to step in make example and straighten out your personally issues…sat for one hour..my order was wrong three straight times..finally I gave up and watched..they proceeded to mess up 100 per cent of all orders with decent traffic…franchisee…shame on you..this is NOt HOWITOT2B

We live in Lancaster and stop at the Platteville location on Sundays after Church as our weekly ‘splurge’. Lately, we have been going to KFC because Arby’s can’t seem to get our orders correct. 3 of the last 5 visits have been missing requested items ranging from sauce packets to entire sandwiches. We understand how busy things can get and appreciate how hard the team is working to meet the demands of the public, however, when we called to speak to a manager, she was apologetic in a very dismissive way, did not even ask what our concerns were or even what the order number was and made promises to mail coupons we never recieved. There were tomatoes (requested none) on a sandwich and the person has an allergy. Another sandwich was missing and we recieved curly fries and had asked for crinkle cut. This meant 3 out of 3 meals were impacted. They were not busy at the time we used the drive through and we could hear the staff laughing in the background when we called. It was all Very disappointing.
