As someone who travels frequently and eats out regularly, I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem! They have the best shrimp and fish tacos I’ve ever had—the seafood is always fresh, and the flavors are incredible. Their chipotle salsa is perfection!
The staff here are always so friendly, and the service is great. We’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. They also stay open late, which is a huge plus!

I loved their camaron taco but my friend loved their cabeza. The young guy there who took the order was super nice and friendly. The other food truck next to this place was pretty good too but Los Jefes is still my favorite.
