I was SO excited to find out about this food truck serving true Mediterranean fare in Lake Jackson and stopped by for lunch on Monday. I had a wonderful visit with the lovely Amal as she prepared my food that I took home to share with my husband. I got the veggie plate (that came with yummy bread) and the gyro plate. The food was delicious; the meat tender and juicy and the rice cooked perfectly, fluffy and flavorful. A nice side of Greek salad added to it all. The falafel on the veggie plate was very good dipped in the accompanying sauces. Hummus and baba ganoush wonderful as well. Thank you, Amal!!

On vacation to see a friend, and he swore by this place. Stopped in and I have never had so many beautiful flavors melt in my mouth together! She was so super sweet and, offered samples for me to try! The food is great portion for price ratio! I WILL be back with friends and family, this food truck alone is worth a drive from Kansas! Absolutely can’t wait to come back again!

This food truck is truly a hidden gem. When she’s open, I always stop. It’s usually just her running everything, so she does have to close occasionally, which honestly makes me appreciate it even more. The food is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious. The Andalusian chicken is one of my favorites and the baklava is incredible. My kids love the falafel and the bread and that alone says a lot. You can tell everything is made with care and pride. Great food, great service, and such a wonderful spot to support. Highly recommend stopping whenever you see her open.

Absolutely delicious! I had the chicken over saffron rice with a side of creamy tzatziki and fresh Greek salad — everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The spices were rich and authentic, and the portion was generous. The lemon slice on top added the perfect fresh touch. You can really taste the love in the food! Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had from a food truck. Amal Table is a gem — highly recommended!

I ordered via Uber Eats and going in blind, so I didn’t know what to expect. Oh my goodness let me tell you, my mouth was watering as soon as I got my order. I ordered the loaded fries and it was absolutely fantastic. From the presentation, to the taste, and especially the portion. I got my money’s worth, and then some. I don’t splurge on food too often, but this will definitely be my go-to for my occasional splurge. 10/10

The food was AMAZING!! It was our first time there and the customer service was the best. My husband and I were given a sample of what we ordered and the meat was sooo good and tender! I would 10000000% recommend eating here. I forgot to take pictures before we started eating cause we were so excited to just start eating already. I would absolutely go back again!
