Employees are always amazing and such hard workers, if you haven’t had the chance to enjoy an amazing 5 layer Gelati at Rita’s I would highly suggest.

Always great service! Tons of flavors even a few in their menu listed as SugarFree but be careful, ask what the net carbs are and anything like that will be above 12 net carbs (this is good only for the size small 12 ozs or less, fluidity, and that their stating by saying sugar free would be a small). If the Net carbs is high then there maybe sugar alcohol not listed, always be careful.

Reliable Rita’s quality, and a big, bright, clean store. The kids who work here are always super friendly (even on crazy hectic days like the first day of spring aka free water ice day). And bonus — dog friendly! They’ll even give you complimentary water for your pooch, and a complimentary “pup cup”– custard and a milkbone! Happy to have a go to summer dessert spot within walking distance of my house — keep up the great work at this franchise, guys!

Just wanted to reach out and share my experience tonight. It was about 8:30 and usually in the past ive had very good experiences at Rita’s. I’ve spent a decent amount of money over the years for gallons of water ice for baby showers, Birthday parties, BBQs, etc. The new employees at Rita’s I feel are very rude and ill mannered. You ask to try a new flavor that you haven’t tried and they catch attitudes, I just get the “hurry up and buy something” feel from the employees. I hope a manager or owner can talk to the employees about the way they conduct themselves.

The experience of walking into a ritas with so many flavors was breathtaking and made me very indecisive because of all the great flavors and their service is great, I walked there in the thunder and lightning and they were still serving away and even gave me some napkins to dry off. I love stopping here on a lunchtime walk with the dog. Their water ice flavors taste exactly like their names and you can make any gelati combination you can think of. This picture shows why I choose Rita’s over other water ice places when I’m out with my grand-pup Jameson. I don’t know if they do this at every Rita’s, but this one asks if your dog wants a “pup cup”. They fill a little lid with vanilla soft serve and pop a doggy biscuit in the ice cream. Everyone that has waited on me has been very friendly and helpful too.
