Tried this location twice. They ignore customizations, and barely put meat and toppings on the subs – it’s all bread. Won’t eat here again. Rather drive to Hagerstown and get edible food.

I went to try jimmy John for the first time and was recommended a sub to try. The service was good. The women at the register was very kind and helpful. Though I can’t say the food was any good. It’s smell as if the onion were old and the meat didn’t not taste good, after biting into I could not finish eating. I felt unwell overall.

This is a new location. They screwed up 2 out of 3 sandwiches. Had to throw one away and doctor the other to make it edible. They need to listen to the customer and get the order right. Too much money spent for lousy food.

There was an issue with the app tonight and I ended up only getting one of the two subs I ordered. When I walked back in to get the second sub they went ahead and just remade my order and threw in an extra cookie. It was very kind of them to do that. I’m assuming I was speaking with the manager. She was on top of things to make sure the subs were made as fast as possible. The subs were fantastic per usual!

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch, my sandwich was absolutely SLAUGHTERED with tomatoes and sauce. I had to literally drain my sandwich. I also found maybe three pieces of chicken in my entire 8″ sub. For any workers seeing this, I don’t recommend pouring the sauce container onto subs, it’s wasteful.

Quality of ingredients are fine (in consideration of the area), but the service is spotty: they tend to skimp on meat, leaving the ratio way off. I had a cubano and I would say there was 4 pickle slices for every slice of meat in my sandwich. I would say it’s decent for the area, but I would much rather pickup from King’s.
