Be sure to check your order. As you can see, my pasta ordered specifically with robust tomato sauce, no Alfredo, came just the opposite. I’ve given this place multiple chances usually because of having a coupon but this is the final straw. There is no quality control here, employees do not care and I don’t even know if they have management oversight. Your pizza will be overcooked, undercooked, wrong toppings…good luck. Wish I had heeded other reviewers warnings as this appears to be a common experience here.

We work for Easter Seals and have ordered several times for lunch. Today, we decided to treat ourselves. There are 4 of us that are close friends. Our bill total was 66.95$.
The pizza was the worst I’ve had and the chicken wings were fatty & rubbery. The only plus was the Parmesan bread bites. They were good. The boneless chicken tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. Just like the pizza.
It will be a long time before I order from this establishment again.

I live 4 miles from the location and they do not deliver. In 2026 it is a little crazy to have such a small delivery window that 4 miles is considered too far away. Important note; I drive in all the time to pick up but sometimes you just want to stay home!

Everything was great except many of my BBQ wings had two little lines of BBQ…. Very upset. The pizza was absolutely amazing though and they had a drive up window! The customer service was good too but I am just sad about my wings.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I was visiting from out of town, and ordered despite the negative reviews… thinking “who could mess up Dominos.”
However, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked (we had to place them in an air fryer to make them edible). In addition, although the pizza visibly looked decent, it also made us sick.

I usually order pizza from this location it is decent. Last night we wanted something different. We had just gotten back from a long trip. I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 Italian, I chicken Parmesan, I chicken bacon ranch. They arrived in a timely manner. When i opened the boxes they were a mess. There was maybe 2 little cubes of chicken and no sauce on the Parmesan sandwich. I opened up what I think was the chicken bacon ranch only a few cubes of chicken on there and very unappetizing. Then the Italian opened them they looked disgusting and did not have all the toppings. Plus they were hot not cold Italian subs. I did call to complain, which I never do. She would only refund for the chicken Parmesan. She said her reason for not refunding for all the disgusting sandwiches was because I mentioned I didn’t realize the Italian sandwich was hot and that wasn’t her issue that I didn’t know they were hot, even though I told her the were all disgusting and we would not be eating them. So I wasted about $30 on crap food. I would not recommend the sandwiches there and the evening manager pretends she’s a lawyer instead of having good customer service she picks apart what you say. I used to always order pizza from there, but they have lost a customer. Thanks for nothing.

I made an online order around 8:50 pm for myself and two kids. My order was taking longer than expected on the tracker so I called in not once but twice and spoke to two different employees. Neither of them could give me an ETA of the delivery driver but assured me they were “running behind” because of only having two drivers. I waited three hours and no pizza ever came. Well at 11:50pm after ignoring multiple calls I received a text that my order was canceled. No call no update no email just took my money and never received anything. Disgusted with such poor customer service I never in my entire life had such a terrible experience ordering dominos. I would rather pay the pizza king door dash fee then ever be treated like this again.

Something has changed in the pan pizza. The crust has been dry the past few times. It used to be buttery and crispy. The wings are so small that they are not worth getting. You can’t get regular hot sauce anymore.
