People hate on these big pizza chains all the time but we really liked our order today. Of course there is more authentic options around but we had a coupon for Papa Johns and decided to get delivery. Our cheese pizza and meat lovers were loaded UP. Lots of toppings and the cheese was thick. Whoever made these pizzas did a great job, thank you!

A Friendly Warning!
What we are all omitting here is an alternative. I will do that at the end. Also I would like to add that the point of my review is to warn you of a potential bad experience.
We live in Providence Village we have ordered from this particular papa johns several times. Without fail the order everytime is wrong. Somethings can be over looked, getting the x cheese wrong or omitting the spinich occasionally. Tonight however after spending 50.00 bucks and as usual not getting what i ordered. I called to complain. I began the call with” with whom do i have the pleasure of speaking “? After a long pause by who was no doubt a young female I realized that the greeting was way over her head. From there i complimented her on the usual sevice of them typicly getting my order wrong. Sarcasm not being her 1st or 5th language she abruptly hung up on me. I very much hope this saves you the reader some grief or at the very least some indigestion. Order from here at your own risk.
May i suggest Luigis in Krugerville. Hope you find the long winded rant helpful.

I like this Papa John’s location and order here often and haven’t had any issues. The delivery service is always fast and the pickup is always easy and the staff I have interacted with are generally friendly.

UPDATE just as I expected, I wasn’t reimbursed for my pizza that didn’t arrive in the box!
Ordered pizza for my family…one pizza didn’t arrive…when I called the store I was told unfortunately they could not send my pizza as they had no way to prove it didn’t arrive. When I asked to be refunded I was put on hold to see if it was something the manager would be able to approve. The associate returned to the call to advise I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Although I appreciate it, I don’t feel it will happen!!! Photo of the empty box I received instead

Came in 8pm, had ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings(mushroom, jalapeños). On the pizza, there’s a huge single slice of pepperoni Almost like purposely. I’ve attached the a photo below… human mistake? Purposely? Or just lack of work ethic or service. You tell me!

I bought a large pizza. I asked for some Parmesan they gave me two packets. I stated this is a large pizza can I have a couple extra more packets they told me no they’re only two per order.I told him if they ever wanted to see me in here again they should give me an extra few packets they refused therefore I will never be going back to this place. Placed order online . Get a call from this location, saying the delivery address is outside of their area, so I accept the ‘facts’ and have them cancel the order. I am new to the area so unsure myself.
But then I take a look online.. place is 7 minutes from me, 3 miles away. Call back. Get that squared away, they have me submit the order again online. Delivery gets here. And its not the correct pizza .. Not sure what the hell these kids are doing, but if they can’t handle placing the right pizza in the right box, idk .. not happy at all. They did give me store credit for the pizza, which I asked for , so if theres any saving grace theres that.
Oh and wrong pizza they gave me was burnt.. come on now..
Update: they did honor the remake, had it delivered today, and it looks great. Will give then credit for trying to make things right

This location is absolutely the worst Everrrr!! The first time I tried ordering my order never arrived and was canceled without any notice as to why. I was going to give a one star at first because when we received our pizza it wasn’t at its best. It was missing some stuff and wasn’t warm. I’m sure it being close to closing time when we got it may have had something to do with it too but it just wasn’t as tasty as I had though it’d be. However, customer service here was great and both Austin whom refunded me for my pizza was kind and understanding. The delivery driver was patient and kind enough to call in so we could pay with card since I didn’t have the full amount in cash that I thought I had. Because of this I’m leaving a good review because the customer service is great and they tried their best. I will give it another shot and thank you to Austin and our delivery guy!

Do not order from Papa John’s!!!
Some genius decided to fire all the drivers and only use door dash for delivery. I just cancelled my order. When door dash picked it up it immediately added another 30 minutes to the delivery time. I could also see the driver headed in the opposite direction of my house. You want fresh pizza, I’d recommend anywhere else.
