My husband and I came here on a Saturday evening, there was only one other family there and us. Upon entering the restaurant we chose our own seating but not before having to skip a few booths for being dirty. The floor was slippery (probably greasy from food) and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Our waitress approached us and upon doing so, she seemed to be in a bad mood through the dine. We ordered the mixed fajitas and the mariscada soup. The flavor of the food was good, the meat was good quality and not too bad for the price. Overall decent food, bad service.

So I’ve been waiting to come here ever since maxis moved in, after Moe’s BBQ went under. To be honest, I checked out the reviews and wasn’t initially sure. I saw a lot of bad reviews of thus place. Still wanted to see for myself though. So two weeks, I was able to bring my girl here for date night. One thing I will tell you first hand right out the gate. This place advertises like it’s a seafood restaurant, well it is. But it’s mainly a Mexican restaurant that serves seafood. Second, the service here could be a lot better. The host seem to take a while to get with us and at times, our server seem to disappear. But the food was delicious, the drinks are strong in my book, is a good thing. I’m actually recommending this to my family that lives close by. But anything to rake away from this experience… don’t listen to the bad reviews. Come for yourself and see for yourself. Because I can definitely see myself coming back on multiple occasions. Hopefully the service will be better next time around.

Have brought my kids here a couple of times and it’s been a great experience overall, only thing I have eaten that I didn’t care for was the caldo de marisco. The rice, fried fish and shrimp are all good including the mixed drinks. Price point is also not bad. We will be back.

I been to this place twice and this was definitely the more nice and newer of the 2 locations. This is one the best places to get seafood in humble area and will say that everything you get is you cant go wrong with. I got the seafood cocktail and my parents got the boiled shrimp and for are main I got the shrimp flautas and my mom and dad shared the grilled chicken and vegetable. Everything was so good I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area

Service: Friendly but poor. Didn’t give us straws, no crackers for the crab legs. How do eat them without the crackers? Waitress said they didn’t have any.
Guacamole was a smashed avocado. That’s it. No seasoning no flavor, no jalapeño , no cilantro or lime juice. Plain smashed avocado.
The place is very nice. Staff is very friendly. I wish the food was better.

This place should have more customers. The aesthetics are beautiful inside with the fish tanks and the cleanliness. The staff is super nice and the food is awesome. They have karaoke on Friday nights.

Service was beyond point as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was given a table, my waitress was very nice and answered all my questions about the food, I ordered their seafood boil and let me tell yall, you guys need too come and try it I could have done a backflip with all those flavors absolutely loved it by far my favorite along with the mariscada my waitress was also checking up on me making sure everything was fine Please come give maxis a try!!!
