Great new management just took over! Super friendly couple with a heart for local and especially the Blue Springs and surrounding community.
I had the honor of being part of the first day opening with about 23 friends of mine (including kids).

Visited the other day and had a great experience. My daughter loves all the toppings, probably more than the soft-serve itself. Emma was at the counter and so polite. Suggested the cookie dough, which was a good choice! There was another girl working, I didn’t catch her name but she was continually filling the toppings, she even switched out one of the spoons when she noticed I was having trouble getting the toppings off. Will definitely be back!

My kids and I love this place. All of the frozen yogurts are bursting with flavor. The kids love to fill up their cup and then add any toppings they want. I have never had any problems with their customer service. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it does cost quite a bit. For 6 of us, it was over 70 bucks. Three of us were kids under 7. If it was a touch cheaper, I think more people would show up. We are usually the only people there. Also, I never know how much it is per oz.

It’s a neat experience where you get to pick from a wide variety of yogurt flavors and then pick from a few dozen toppings to enhance your yogurt. You pay by the weight so the more… well you pay more. The comical thing is that your asked if you want to leave a tip!!! Really for what… to serve my self… to eat at tables that are dirty….

This place was clean and not too busy. The staff was friendly and the froyo was good. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the cost. There were 5 of us and 3 of us had very small portions so the overall cost for dessert was more than we paid for dinner. I want to be clear about the cost, for what we purchased it was in line with competitors, but this is also why these places don’t stay busier and ultimately most don’t make it long term. Overall if you love froyo and have the cash this is a great place to go.

Thier mountain berry is amazing! Super highly recommended! It’s really cool how they use safe to eat brownie batter and cookie dough! The place its self isn’t much, but its a happy place regardless.

Customer service was terrible. A worker named Emma was extremely rude. We were in there 10 minutes before close and trying to get toppings and the associate came & took the spoons right in front of our face. I said how are we supposed to get toppings? And she said we were supposed to do this 5 minutes ago.
I said I am paying for ice cream and you are gonna tell me I can’t get toppings. She shrugged her shoulders and said I told you we were supposed to do this 5 minutes ago.

We came in last week on Monday and I asked a worker there if they ran any specials. She said that Tuesdays are fill up your cup for $6! So I came in today we got 4 cups of froyo and we were charged $35! Needless to say, I’m not sure what happened here but it’s definitely not what I was told and am dissapointed in the experience because I was not expecting to spend so much money.
