Yesterday (21st of November) I walked in to order in store and I saw one gentlemen he was kind and asked if I was there to place an order and I let him know yes and he told me the person who takes the orders will be out in one minute they were just in the bathroom. I waited patiently and then within two minutes the other gentleman was ready to take my order. He was kind and let me know that it may be a wait before even taking my order. They were short staffed and I could see they already had plenty of orders on the screen from DoorDash and online orders. The guy who took my order got it right and offered me something for the wait while I sat in the lobby. There was also a group of girls who came and around 5 other people besides that. The workers were kind to every one and kept a good attitude while dealing with some rude customers. My food was fresh and the wait wasn’t bad giving that it was a Friday night and they were short staffed. I will definitely come support them again.

I went to pick up my food and they didn’t have any Coca-Cola or Ginger Ale which I already paid for in the app !! Got home, opened up the french fries and it was disgusting for burnt bits of I don’t know what in the bottom of the bag. I love Wing Stop but I hated that stop.

Food was immaculate, I literally cried tears of joy from each bite, service was also amazing, out cashier was very friendly and even gave us a free sandwich when we asked for another best wingstop I’ve ever had 10/10 would recommend

$8.99 chicken sandwich with my favorite sauce, garlic parmesan….
I’m not sure where to start… one other person was in front of me that wasn’t sitting at a table. I place my order at 12:59 pm, they serve 3 in house and 2 uber eats before I get my meal.
How long did it take? 29 minutes.
29 minutes for greasy oil soaked fries, and they apparently forgot the garlic on the chicken.
There were three guys working that I could see. My order taker checked off a bunch of boxes for reasonable suspicion training for being absolutely stoned off his rear. I’ve got no issue if you can work like that, but this guy couldn’t. No personality, no greeting, nothing, McDonald’s/ Wendy’s people are more alert.
I’ll give them that the chicken was cooked well and the roll was buttery. However, shaking parmesan on buttery chicken doesn’t count as a sauce. $9 is a great price for a meal, but when fast food tastes better and comes out faster, you’ve got a serious problem. I never waste food, and I couldn’t finish the fries. Ever bite into something, and go oh boy, that’s going to mess with my stomach? They were as crunchy as a baked potato.
I guess that’s a first and last time for me.

My order was shorted by 5 wing. I called and told them I was shorted and they offered to make me 10 wings to give me what was owed and then compensate me for my inconvenience. I explained I would eat first and then come pick up the wings. When I showed up 45 mins later for my wings they were not ready. I wasn’t in the mood to wait for something that was already wrong and they were given ample time to make the wings. Also staff was sitting down eating dinner and standing at the register. No food was cooking and no one was in the restaurant l. There was no reason my food wasn’t already prepared. The young man at the register attempted to be polite about inconveniencing me but BRIELLE inserted herself into our conversation and was insanely rude. She also tried to deny giving me all 10 wings and said I could have 5. And then with an attitude started making the 10 wings owed while continuing to antagonize me while the male employee tried his hardest to de-escalate the situation. At this point I demanded a refund. The young man didn’t know how to process the refund so Brielle came to help and proceeded to do it incorrectly and give me cash on his register. I knew I had an online order and this would be incorrect so I proceeded to tell him it was online. The third team member inserted herself then, explaining it needed to be processed via the 3rd party and that they had to call a someone to process it. Then this person told them to tell me I must wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and they couldn’t provide me with any proof or documentation to support that. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Wingstop and I usually love their food. I hope you review these tapes and she should absolutely be fired!

At this point this location is giving wing stop a bad name!!! Close this store down or fire everyone and get a new staff because this is ridiculous !!!! How the hell I order all flats you give me all drums and my corn come with no seasoning after I specifically came in store and told you how I wanted it!!! They just do whatever they want!

Waited 15 minutes for my food when it was supposed to be done when my boyfriend got there they told him it would be done in 5 minutes he walked in at 4:44pm left at 5:00pm for a pick up order that was ordered 20 minutes prior to us arriving, after the food was ready they didn’t say anything just put it on the counter and went back to the kitchen. My boyfriend walked up to a table that appeared to be two managers and asked for help and spoke with one manger before he left about the employees being neglectful to which they apologized and he left the store. Got home, opened my food to see that they gave me all regular wings 12 Korean bbq 6 mango habanero, when I ordered 12 mango habanero boneless, 6 Korean bbq regular wings. So I called the store and asked to speak to a general manager since this is the 2nd time they’ve done us wrong today. The general manager then got a rude with me as I was explaining that my food is very incorrect and that my boyfriend was already in there and spoke with a manger to which he replied “nobody spoke with me” a bold faced LIE. So either you have employees playing manager when you aren’t available or you have some type of memory loss issue because it was only 10 minutes after I left that I called. He kept talking over me saying “I can fix your food but I don’t know what the problem is” as I was trying to explain it to him and then he hung up on me. I’ll be taking this to corporate as this establishment aways has issues with food and employees.

Excellent Service! I went on a date here with my gf and got the wrong chicken sandwich for myself. I said the wrong flavor to the employee and realized after. I settled and ate half the sandwich but realized I didn’t like it. I went up to the same employee fully expecting to pay for another sandwich with the right flavor but he gave it to me for free despite eating half of the first sandwich I got. Great customer service!

Ordered online at 11:45pm . The store was set to close at 1am. I get there at 12:04 am when my food said it was ready. I get there to find out they never made my order. Saying there closing early and I can’t get a refund because no manager was available. I called the next day to get a refund and I was lied to by someone on the phone claiming to be a manager. I still have no progress of my refund and they stopped answering the calls. There are stealing money from customers because while I was there they received 3 more online orders and threw the receipts in the trash. Please if someone on here can help me get a refund and make sure this place doesn’t get away with this scheme anymore!
