I’m writing this review in the hope that the franchise owner will take a moment to evaluate how situations like this are handled at this location.
My wife ordered two pizzas, and when she got home we realized that one of them was incorrect. She called the store and the employee told her to come back and pick up the correct pizza and that she did not need to bring the original one back.
When she arrived at the store, however, the manager told the employee that she needed to bring the original pizza back in order to receive the replacement. This created confusion because the instructions given over the phone were completely different. My wife called me, and I went to the store with what remained of the pizza.
I explained to the manager that when a mistake happens and the employee has already given the customer clear instructions, the best approach is usually to honor it and resolve the issue quickly. The manager stated that he was simply following policy.
At that point I left the remaining pizza there and told him to keep it. Unfortunately, the situation had already ruined our dinner plans.
We ended up going to Papa John’s instead. Interestingly, while ordering there, their system had an issue and I couldn’t pay with my phone. The employee told us to take the pizza home and simply come back later with our credit card to pay. That small gesture of trust made a big impression and showed what great customer service looks like.
Mistakes happen in every business, but how they are handled is what defines the customer experience. I hope the ownership team reviews situations like this and considers empowering managers to resolve simple issues in a more customer-focused way.

We’re on our way to a friends house for a UFC fight and we stopped by for pizza. When we were greeted by Juan who was working the front counter who’s very friendly and professional. He offered us a special that got us a great deal. He also recommended a peach crush soda to my husband and he loved it. The pizza was nice and hot and fresh. We will definitely be back to this location again. If he’s not the manager already he definitely should be !! Great job Juan.

Seemed organized. They were busy making pizzas like crazy. Not a long wait though. Online system was not working for placing orders. The brownies didn’t look anything like the pictures.i think I should’ve returned them . I think they had been sitting around awhile. Pizza Quality was good and tasted great. Good amount of toppings.

Customer service is horrible. Little girl at the front is rude. Food quality is horrible because they try and insult your intelligence and convince you that a pizza that you requested is fresh when they trick you and try and give you an old pizza. They do everything they can to not replace it. Manager is very unprofessional. Will not come back.

Ordered 4 pizzas and got 4 pre-made pizzas! Got them home and they were already cold only live 2 miles away. Looks like they have been sitting around for at least an hour or more!

Pick up order was hot and ready on time. Also, the employee reminded me TWICE not to forget my drink in the cooler (because I’m a moron and totally forgot I had even purchased it online), and I greatly appreciated that or else I most definitely would have driven home without it.

So 5 emphatic stars for this location!!

The whole pizza was supposed to be 3 meat treat, I was trying to call up there 1 minute before they closed. No one answered the three calls, so I did the only way I know y’all will see this since we couldn’t answer our phone. I would like to fix this mess up or y’all just lost my business.

Two orders placed almost simultaneously, and the smaller one takes over twenty minutes longer? Nonsense! We also had to ask for a missing item. And someone else was sitting in the lobby even longer, who only got two pizzas! I literally could have driven to the house and back in this time. Look at all those empty compartments; there’s clearly no rush.
