We have only moved here for a couple of months, and this restaurant has quickly become one of our family favorites for noodles and Chinese appetizers.
We love their lamb and beef noodles, they are yummy and nutritious, perfect for a cold and rainy day. Their daily specials are only $9.99 which is pretty good value these days.
We also like that they have several different kinds of noodles to choose from: regular is nice and al dente, thick ones have more substance, and rice noodles are nice and chewy.
Chinese Appetizers are one of their best offerings not to be missed, they are at the counter, covered for freshness so it’s a bit hidden. Basically you walk up and tell them you want to order appetizers, and they will open the lid and let you pick 3 kinds. We usually pick 2 veggies and one meat for $12.99. This complements our soup noodles very well.
Restaurant is generally pretty clean and comfortable, the service is prompt and courteous. Plenty of free parking.

The restaurant features traditional Chinese decor, creating a typical Chinese dining atmosphere with well-controlled noise levels. The service experience is generally good, with enthusiastic and professional staff and quick food service. The Rou Jia Mo has a crispy exterior with tender, juicy meat filling, maintaining an authentic traditional taste. The Shaanxi Liangpi (cold noodles) is presented beautifully with a light yellow color, offering a chewy, smooth texture with perfectly balanced proportions of chili oil, vinegar, and garlic, delivering an authentic Shaanxi flavor.
Suggestions
The gluten pieces in the Liangpi were somewhat oversized, and the bowl had minor cracks. The disposable chopsticks were too short and prone to splitting when eating noodles. Despite these minor issues, the overall dining experience was very good.

This place is so underrated! I’m surprised it doesn’t get busier. The food is always good and fresh and the service is always friendly and quick. Our go-to is always the beef noodle soup with thick noodles (noodles are handmade and have a good chew to them), braised black bean fish filet with bean curd, scallion pancake, spicy wonton, bamboo shoots and pork. Their salted pork ribs are great too. Honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu and we’re very happy customers!

The lamb noodle soup is delicious but very greasy; better to dine in otherwise can have pretty strong flavor (of course you can always reheat/ microwave if it’s a takeout order). All the dishes are tasty and with very fair price. The merchant charges 3.5% for credit card processing fee.

I recently dined at Shang jie kitchen and was thoroughly impressed with the authentic flavors and attentive service. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and prepared with fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the beef noodle, which was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience, and I can’t wait to return to explore more of their delicious offerings.

4.5 stars. Great experience! We came here for dandan noodles and left with a tasteful journey of some authentic flavors! It is always said that the more Asian customers you see at an Asian restaurant, the more authentic it is. Well, this restaurant only had Asian customers! We ordered the Dandan noodles and the Beijing Style soybean paste with noodles (basically a Zha Jiang Mian). The portions were quite large. The Dandan noodles were very good, but they had the Szechuan peppers, which brought that numb feeling I’m not a fan of. Other than that, the noodles were very good. The Zha Jiang Mian was very good, particularly because the pork pieces were minced, which I enjoy more than bigger pork pieces. The pricing was reasonable and there is a lot of parking outside the complex. Great find and we will be back in the future!

I visited this place twice within couple of weeks. I like this restaurant a lot from my first visit! Their handmade wide noodle dishes are excellent.
However, the second time I visited, almost all the dishes we ordered were all too salty. Flavors are there but just too salty.

The food is great but the lady who is there has the worst attitude. I always feel like we aren’t welcome there. I asked for soy sauce and was given 3 packets for 3 people. Everything feels like an inconvenience for her. It’s a shame since the food is good. I have been here a couple times and every time it is empty and I get the feeling she’d rather be sleeping.

Came here looking to try something a little different and settled on this interesting Northern Chinese/Taiwanese place. They make and pull their noodles by hand and you can definitely taste the quality: the noodles are very, very long and have a wonderful springy, chewy texture. Their lamb soup broth was very clean and light and not too salty. Both lamb noodle dishes were excellent, and prices were pretty reasonable. Definitely coming back again!
