First and foremost employees to answer the phone was very rude and disrespectful. It sound like they were popping bubblegum why they were speaking to me and sound like they were nodding off their speechless slur. Long story short I ordered my pizza and they told me 20 minutes I get there and I see one of the employees playing in his hair and making the pizza so I said something to him. Of course you denied it, but I recorded it on my phone and showed it to him. He didn’t have nothing to say about that. I got my Pizza paid for it. They overcharged me for something that I didn’t even have on my pizza. They were out of paper plates and refuse to give me napkins. I got home and started eating on my pizza and he was half cooked. It was all doughy in the middle so I called back up to complain about mine order the person I spoke to taught me that they were replaced my meal So they took down my name and told me to call back up when I was ready to get the replacement. I called today trying to get it and they sent me through the whole 9 yards about it saying they don’t see the computer where I ordered the pizza and got in touch with the supervisor or a manager. Whoever that was who said she didn’t see any computer either. They even had a nerve to ask me did I still have the As if I’m really gonna hold onto a piece of paper that wrong secondly, they never gave me a receipt. I couldn’t even get napkins I’ve called the health department and everything on them. Do not eat at this place. It is disgusting unsanitary you’re constantly handling money. Are you going back to continue making your pizza. Playing in their hair they’re hygiene is poor they’re over Certain pizzas to put in your pocket. I seen one worker in the back room smoking something, and when he realized I saw him, he hurried up and shut the door. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I would never order from here again all this happens in one day go figure.

The girl answered the phone with a attitude I picked up my pizza she had a attitude. I asked for stuff crust she said they don’t have it right now . I asked for garlic butter on my crust and there was none. There was barley any sauce on both pizzas I ordered it was so dry I will never go to this location again !

Best Pizza Hut in the city. Much much better than the terrible Sylvania Ave location, I avoid that one at all cost. I had a credit there for a botched order and let it expire because I didn’t want to return it was so bad. Plus there customer service was horrible they treated me like I was a scum scammer. But this place out Reynolds was great.

I’m so disappointed just wanted to enjoy a pizza and they delivered me a pizza and expect my family to eat a pizza that looks like someone had already eaten from. The slices don’t fit this pizza. They will never have to worry about me again ordering

Well, I don’t leave many reviews and I realize that bad reviews get left more than good ones, but I need to sound off. One doesn’t order Pizza Hut because they want the best in town. They order it because it’s usually safe and you know what you’re getting when you order it. That said, this was the worst pizza I’ve gotten from Pizza Hut in a very long time. They were very sparse with the pepperoni. There hardly any cheese or sauce. The crust was very chewy. It was almost like tearing off a chunk of beef jerky. The store was pretty dirty especially for being pretty new to the neighborhood. The staff was friendly enough, but not overly welcoming. I don’t get PH often, but the next time I do, I will probably drive to Holland to get it.

Ordered a pasta, and the veggies were like literally 3 tomatoes and 3 pieces of bell pepper ! Sparse is a vast understatement. It was horrible tbh. Won’t order at this location ever again. Pizza was burnt horrible experience. Barely any cheese. Not a great experience at all.

We got honey BBQ boneless wings and they hardly had any sauce on them. The dipping sauce for the breadsticks did not taste good. The pizza was just ok. When delivered the pizza box was smashed in with the cheese stuck to the lid. The wing bowl was on top of the breadsticks that were in a bag, therefore smashing them as well. The bag the breadsticks were in was also all greasy.
