Studied the recommendation for Chinese food in the area and this is the one that sounded best. It was absolutely delicious. Employees were friendly and answered our questions with patience. I had the crab rangoons and the general chicken. Hubby had the special house fried rice and shrimp egg rolls. Our only negative is that we prefer actual fried rice with soy sauce and lots of seasonings. They use the yellow rice and it is okay just not our preference. Small and quaint but enough seating. Highly recommend. Generous portions . We brought home enough for a second meal. May have to come back just to try the seafood!

Great food and great prices. Portion sizes were huge. Service was good and our food was out pretty quick. Highly recommend the bourbon chicken! The flavor was out of this world. The spicy menu items are not all that spicy but still have loads of flavor.

My husband and I came here tonight after looking up the best options for Chinese in the city. We have to say it was delicious, probably the best we’ve ever had around here. We ordered crab Rangoon, Mongolian Beef, House Lomein, and Generals Tso. Everything was amazing. The portions were huge and the lady working was super sweet. We will definitely be back.

Service was excellent, atmosphere was very nice, I didn’t do very well with the food. It’s probably because I don’t know what to order that is really good. I had the egg drop soup which didn’t agree with me, I tried an veggie egg roll and it wasn’t crispy as I would have liked, I had Teriyaki Chicken, the noodles were tasty but the Chicken was sort of rubbery and chewy, I would be willing to go back sometime with someone who knows how to order and what is best. Not a total loss, it was affordable and their signature Autumn cocktail with a Cinnamon stick was delicious.

I had came here because the reviews were pretty good. I wanted the vegetable fried rice. It has broccoli carrots peas cabbage bamboo shoot green beans onions and baby corn… There is veggies in there that I didn’t eat and I wanted to take them out and I wanted to admit them for another extra veggie and I was told know that the chef does not do that and he would choose with vegetables that he wants to put in there for the veggies that I didn’t want to put in there. I thought that was weird because I wanted to choose what I wanted to put in the food that I was going to pay for and what I was going to eat. I was told that the kitchen manager or I guess the owner I’m not really sure does not do that he does not allow for people to pay extra to get extra veggies. And that he chooses what he wants to put in there himself. I didn’t like that and I thought it was very strange. I was told after I paid for my food that they could give me a refund if I didn’t like it or if I decide I didn’t want it after I paid. I didn’t have time to go through a whole refund and all that I took the food and gave it to a homeless person. I thought it was just very weird that if I didn’t want baby carrot or bamboo shoot but I couldn’t get extra onions or extra cabbage in my fried rice and the decision was going to be left up to the kitchen manager or the owner whichever he is. I won’t be back!

This is HANDS DOWN my family’s favorite restaurant for our seafood. The flavor on their food is top notch. We visited another exclusive seafood restaurant and was highly disappointed. We will definitely stick with it Yen Cheng for all of our seafood, Chinese and or Thai cuisine cravings
