This place is really an off the beaten path surprise. Great food and always fresh! I’m not a big buffet person typically but this place has a huge selection and everything is always great. The bread pudding is an absolute must! Service is always good and friendly. The unsweetened tea is always reliably delicious.

A lot of people don’t know about this place. It’s located by the Technical College in Bogalusa LA on Sullivan Drive behind the school. My first time visiting today. OPEN 11-2pm. They have a country kitchen food buffet style. Salad selection with a lot of toppings and dressings. Potato salad was very good. Several side items. Corn on the cob, sweet corn, sweet potatoes, mash potatoes and gravy, red beans n rice, corn bread, baked chicken n with BBQ sauce. Pork bbq ribs(succulent soft), BBQ pork chops, baked chicken, awesome fried chicken. Open space with AC. Very nice people and staff. Clean environment.

If your hungry, head on over to Bogalusa Grill and Event Center!! Those folks can cook!!!No joke!! Fried pork chops, fried chicken ,are to die for! Country cooking plus a salad bar,and desserts..not just one. Several to choose from!! On a diet..they got smoked meat and veggies too!! It’s like going over to grannys for Sunday dinner!!

Food is ok for small community durnig the week. Always pack on sundays after church. The bar part is great hardly any youn people in there. Great place to get a great drank and shoot some pool.
