It was great. I ordered my pizza on their website and it was easy. I was a little early when I went to pick up my order and it was ready and waiting for me. It was great and before I walked out the door the people making the pizza’s looked up and wished me a great day. Great customer service. Love their pizza and service. I am highly disappointed at papa Murphy! The last few times I have been un able to use cash when buying pizza!!!! This is unacceptable. All I want is to buy a pizza and pay cash. It’s legal tender and must be accepted. I stopped shopping at the one in puyallup due to the same issue. If you do not accept my payment it should be noted as refusal of payment. So now this location will not get my business anymore!

I ordered a pizza several hours ahead today (Halloween) online. When I went inside to pick up, these men were SWAMPED. Unfortunately my order got missed, but they immediately corrected the error and made my pizza on the fly with 40+ tickets on the counter and many others waiting in the lobby. THANK YOU PIZZA DUDES!! There were at least 6 of you guys pumping out pizzas as fast as possible. Fantastic service, fantastic pizzas.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I placed my order an hour and a half ahead of time, only to receive a call five minutes before pick-up telling me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled. If you knew there was an issue, I should have been notified much earlier, not right before I was supposed to get my food.
To make things worse, when I asked for a replacement, instead of offering a fair solution, they tried to downgrade my pizza but still charge me the same price. That’s unacceptable. If you can’t deliver the product I ordered, the very least you can do is make it right with an equal or better option not make me pay the same for less.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected better communication and customer service, and unfortunately Papa Murphy’s failed on both counts.

Ordered a 5 meat stuffed pizza, got it cooked and while cutting noticed olives, looked and found mushrooms and other things we didn’t order. Called the store expecting to be told to bring it back and get what we ordered but Taylor said all she could do was give us $4 off our next order. I can’t eat mushrooms and 2 of the others in my house don’t like them, this pizza was a waste and even worse is basically being told to just deal with it because they don’t care.

we ordered the double stuffed pizza. The 2 employee were so nice. I asked to cut the pizza in 4 pieces. As we were going to cook in a air fryer. He said no problem. We had a welcoming visit. we will make this shop were we buy our pizza.

The atmosphere is exactly like a Papa Murphys. There’s no rat droppings and the workers are all fully clothed. If your pizza is baked in correctly…whomever smelled it, dealt it!
