The worst food I’ve had in a long time. Corn was rancid, potatoes taste like instant mashed, I ordered Mac and cheese and got carrots (the biggest disappointment yet). And even the carrots were terrible and rubbery. Would NOT recommend.

This was a horrible experience. First they kept rolling their eyes when we told them we need more time to look at the menu. Also the food was terrible. Spent $51 for only 1 food item to actually be edible. Fries tasted like they were made earlier in the week and were refried. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were powder potatoes. Fried chicken was super mushy and overcooked. Felt like I was chewing on steak. The cod dinner was not worth $14. 2 pc cod fish with a cornbread. Basically if you don’t want to waste your money on terrible food go elsewhere.

VERY RACIST TO MEXICAN AND BLACK PEOPLE! Never experienced this at any other browns chicken restaurant but this one in st Charles the white owner is very racist and entitled , didn’t give us our food worth and when I asked for honey packets he refused to give me and laughed even after I offered to pay. The restaurant is not sanitized at all and the tables are sticky and disgusting. There should get an inspection done ASAP!

My wings was the only thing worth eating, I spent 20 minutes waiting on food because I did ask for fresh wings. That’s understandable, but I get home my so called gravy is gravy water it was terrible I poured it out. The biscuits were also terrible I put those in the garbage as well. The potatoes looked like potatoes Instant potatoes. That was my first time there and my last. And who ever owns this building it’s need a total remodel job inside and out. They need to put some money into this restaurant. Ridiculous!

Person that took my order was attentive and made sure I was ordering what I wanted. He offered me numerous sauce selections as well. This is really the best place I know of to get chicken livers. Today’s were great…not over cooked.
