Just a mess. Ordered 4 different flavors, 2&2 for my fiance and they come all shoved in this box. Couldn’t give me 2 boxes with the flavors split up? Now theres sauce under and all over every wrapper. Just disgusting

Well I won’t ever go there to eat. Probably not for delivery either unless it’s paying really well. I personally am tired of businesses. These other drivers just roll with it. People waste our gas and time all day long. It’s bad enough the customers do it. Stop ordering places 10 minutes before they close. Use your brain.. no one’s hanging out in a parking lot waiting for you to place an order. You have to give the driver time to get there. Then if they are anything like this place and decide not to make the food because they’re about to close, you just wasted someone a trip going there. Uber does not pay for dry runs. Between customers, businesses and Uber you all really need to get it together! I come 3 minutes after you close and you don’t have the order. Smh. Stop accepting orders 20 minutes prior then. Why are people able to order from you at this time if that’s the case. Does that make sense?!?! A little bit of thinking and consideration goes a long way. I really don’t like driving for fun. 0 stars!

Smells like weed as soon as we walked in the girl at the front desk looked like she was high out of her mind everyone is just standing around talking no one is working waited 30 minutes for fifteen wings and two fries i got 2 different sauces. They put one set on the bottom, put a piece of paper over top and then put the other set on top. So the sauce drained into the bottom so now the the ones on the bottom taste weird, not edible, never going back.

This the 4th time I’ve got fries I can’t eat because of salt. And it’s not like I don’t want salt on them. It’s so much salt nobody could eat them. Every time I go in, I get great service, store looks clean, if I have a problem they take care of me. But I’ve told the mgr this more than once. So now I have to go further. Sorry guys. But the fries SO SALTY THEY’RE INEDIBLE!!! please stop this.

Horrible experience. Wings were dry like really dry!! I almost forgot I ordered wings with sauce on it. If I wasn’t on a lunch break and didn’t leave I would’ve asked for a FULL refund. The food was THAT bad. And the store was filthy. Man gave me a cup that was just laying on the counter.

Waited half an hour inside AFTER placing an online order, only for them to help everyone around me and ask my name again to realize they had it sitting there on the bottom rack getting cold. I checked the bag and was missing about half of my order. When I informed the worker that we were missing about half of our order, she caught an attitude and began being rude. After checking my receipt, She didn’t speak another word until she was handing me my entire second bag of food that was missed. Horrible service. Not to mention the lack of sauces and seasoning. Just horrible all around.

+I loved the limited edition lemon garlic bone-in
+Fry seasoning is awesome!

+ even being a carryout the dry rub wings were still crispy!
CONS
– i ordered lemon garlic bone-in as well as garlic parm and Louisiana. All of these are “dry rub”. The two garlic flavors are “no heat” and the LA is “level 3 heat”. The lemon garlic was OUTSTANDING but it seems that forgot to add seasoning to the LA or the parm. Real bummer because I love those LA’s! Even with no seasoning they were still good, but it’s not what I ordered. (The 4th pic I uploaded shows each of the wings. The one with the black dots on it is the only wing that had added flavor. The rest tasted like plain wings.)
-Although we paid for a side of celery ($2) they forgot to add it
-Fries are undercooked and cold. Throw them in an air fryer to crisp up. They crisp up nice!
-no straws for the 3 pops
– Cheese is super bland, but all of the locations have this same cheese so it’s not anything Wayne did wrong. Its similar to the regular Fritos canned cheese (NOT the jalapeño flavor)
