I recently went to Popeyes and placed an order for an eight piece all dark meat, chicken meal, and eight piece chicken fingers meal. When I got home, there were only two pieces of dark meat and the rest was white meat. This is the third time this has happened to me at the same store. People are super nice but can’t get the orders correct. My chicken wings dinner was over $20 I could’ve bought the same 1 inch wide 2 inch long fingers at The store for a third of the price. I tried leaving feedback for Popeyes and kept getting redirected to a chat bot that did not have the selections available to lodge the complaints. Seems pretty obvious that they have no desire to get better next time. I’ll drive to restaurants south and goes to their competitor.

Visited the Muncie location of Popeyes for the first time. The fried chicken was good and fresh, and the original chicken sandwich was very tasty. It came with pickles and mayonnaise. If you like chicken, I would recommend it. The staff was friendly as well. Plenty of seating in the dining room. They also have a drive through.

I went tonight and bought two meals for me and my man as we celebrate Valentines Day together and soon as I pulled up the lady had a bad attitude bc I asked to pay w my Apple Pay. She rolls her eyes at me and slammed the card reader down after I paid. As she hands my food to me I politely ask for some hot sauce and honey for our meals. She said it’s gonna be 25 cents a pack for some honey and hot sauce? Last I knew condiments were free. I wasn’t asking for dipping sauce even tho I had tenders but she is a rude lady and that type of customer service makes someone not wanna go back. She tryna hustle me for some condiments lol.

Breading on chicken was crunchy and tasty, but the meat was a touch on the dry side a bit tough. Mashed potatoes were as expected and could have stood just a bit more gravy.

Just had my very first Popeyes experience here and it was worth it. The ordering was quick, the drive thru worker was nice, and the food was absolutely delicious. Had a Bacon and Cheese Sandwich combo with Cajun fires while my mother had a 3 Piece combo with mashed potatoes. All and all, this place gives KFC a run for it’s money.

I only go through the carry out…but service was great! I was disappointed you have stopped carrying the Carmel Apple Cheesecake …bummer. it was my favorite thing after the first day I ordered it . Everyone stops selling the good stuff after they get you hooked. Please bring it back. I have waited for over 4 years to get a Popeyes back in Muncie IN. Had one years ago, but the manager ran it in the ground. Glad your back!!!

I placed an order September 26 online and when I came the store was close. Now that is perfectly fine. My problem is I was never given a refund. They told me I would have to contact support for a refund and support said there “best offer” was a 20 dollar coupon. My order was $30. So im just supposed to be okay with $10 being stolen from me? No. I want a refund. I dont understand how hard that is? I have my e-receipt. I have the time it was placed. So why cant my order just be refunded considering I never received anything. If your store is closed then you should probably turn off online orders. But thats probably the only way you can steal peoples money and think you can get away with it.

Y’all were so helpful earlier in the day with questions. First employee was wonderful and just got a manager when he didn’t have too Manager was just as lovely and delightful when we spoke on the phone as when I came into the store later for pick up. They pay attention, double check order, and were just overall so great.

Got an order of chicken tenders and a side of fries. Was given cold chicken that was rock hard and super tough to chew. The fries were cold and soggy. Not to mention one of the tenders I was given was a spicy tender which I did not order or appreciate learning. I will not go back, nor do I recommend if you are looking to try.
