I ordered Door Dash last nigh from the Merle Hay Rd store. I was charged $72 and change for my order of 15 bone in wings,10 boneless wings, 5 piece corn fries and 3 large drinks.
Instead I received a soup bowl size of ranch and some little ranches two orders of really cold fries and the wrong sodas. I talked to an employee on the phone couldn’t make out what he was saying then another guy calling himself “Billy Bob” grabbed the phone he didn’t care blamed it on the door dash driver which is funny because the giant bag was carefully sealed to protect the ice cold French fries and ranch with receipt attached to bag so it was obviously Wing Stop employee not doing there job correctly. The male employee on the phone “Billy Bob” was really angry when I told him I wanted the correct food and door dash was not repomding he just kept blaming the delivery lady Cecelia was her name. He also wouldn’t give me the name of an owner or General manager of the location.
The Ranch looked delicious though too bad u didn’t have a thing to eat with it.
Also the wrong sodas didn’t even have ice in the cups so they probaly didn’t even load their fountain machine with ice for the evening.
I hope Billy Bob and his crew go out into the world and find something they are good at and thrive some day. Because fast food is not their forte.
The best part is when you look at the receipt it’s for someone else and the contents in the bag are missing as well according to the receipt. Probably a lot of disappointed customers.

Placed an order online just to find out an hour later that it was canceled. Call the store and told them; asked why? No answer. Money was not put back on my card, and they said, you just have to put in another order. No explanation as to why my order was canceled. No care that money was not put back on my card, and the tell me, I just have to place my order again? What a joke. Do not order from this store, i have been ordering from there since they have been open and customer service has always been crap. This store should be shut down immediately.

Ordered my food on the app… immediately left my house. We’ve just had a MASSIVE snowstorm, so I was later than planned arriving. I called prior to arrival, asked them respectfully to please make sure my food was fresh. I’ve ordered from here before and my food was ice cold, even though I was early. He got INSANELY rude, saying they couldn’t remake it, it was already made. They couldn’t even be respectful in telling me no. They hung up on me. I got my food home, sure enough it was cold and not good. I will NEVER EVER EVER order from here or the other location again. Lesson learned. The first couple times, they were slammed so I tried to be understanding. Not anymore.

I ordered for delivery and the food was great! Did notice they eliminated one of the reasons I order from them. They eliminated all flats or all drummies option. I order all flats but now don’t have that option. Please bring it back. I feel it is a mistake!

Would give it a 0 star if I could. We placed a delivery order at 7:13 and never heard a word. Called 6 or 7 times and no answer. When we showed up at 9:05 to finally pick up our order they blamed the whole mix up on door dash and tried to give us food that they finished at 7:20. While waiting for our re-made order we called the phone number a couple times and couldn’t hear a ring. Then after re-making our order we asked why nobody was answering the phone the employee looked at us with a straight face and said he muted it because they had 27 missed calls.

The man at the front counter made my whole night!! He is such a sweetheart and gave a whole new meaning to customer service. My friend is currently in crutches and right when we walked in she was gaven a chair to sit down in. They were absolutely amazing and the food was even better! Came all the way up from newton. New favorite wingstop!! Night crew was absolutely fantastic. You guys rule!!

This was a great experience. The restaurant was easily navigated and convenient. It was clean and the sidewalk was well cared for in the midst of inclement weather. The cashier was in training, but was able to offer great customer satisfaction. The food was cooked to order, was fresh and tasted as expected. Good quality food l.

Omg! We had the most amazing time celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday at Wing Stop today! This guy right here gave my daughter a %10 discount and a brownie to our table for her birthday. Food is made to order, and the staff was amazing! We ❤️ Wing Stop on Merle Hay! We will definitely be back! Best 18th birthday dinner ever!!!
