One detail that really bothered me: one waiter had a very strong smell of mint/herbal medicinal balm (like a menthol ointment), which was quite distracting during the meal.
The only part that genuinely felt worth the price was the dessert — a refreshing combination of kiwi, shiso leaves, and sorbet, light and well-balanced. Unfortunately, even that was slightly ruined by the setting, as the preparation area was directly facing the toilets, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
Each dish was creative, precise, and layered with depth — surprising flavor combinations that were beautifully balanced. You can truly feel the thought, technique, and passion behind every plate.
Beyond the outstanding food, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. The interaction with the chef made the evening even more special. The attention to detail, the explanations, and the care created an intimate and memorable experience.
This was not just dinner — it was a true culinary journey.
Without a doubt, one of the most impressive and memorable dining experiences we’ve had in Paris.
Highly recommended.
All the dishes on the menu were unique and creative; they tasted amazing. We loved the desserts because they were quite creative. Also, the idea of tea pairing was great because we do not drink alcohol and the teas were nice (I hope they have more tea in the future).
We were impressed with the restaurant. The staff invited us to take a picture in the kitchen with the whole team. They also gave us small bags of chocolate to take home. We recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back again.
Food is really good, with lots of thoughts, and the new concept of everyone sitting around the huge round table is quite interesting.
Service is superb. They really accommodated us. Very appreciated. Would def come back a few months later when the menu changes.
The food was creative, with a mix of unique flavors. The concept was also fun and interesting for example, we had a consommé with no spoons given, so you had to find a way to drink from the curvy corners of the bowl! My favorite dish was the lobster, it was well-cooked and the sauce, along with the garnishes went well together. The salad was also a surprise, it was so flavorful and delicious! Also even though we all dined on the same table, we still had our privacy and the setting of the room was warm and cozy. Each chef came to introduce the plates, which made the service friendly and intimate. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Paris and looking for a unique culinary experience.
The wine list was intriguing, offering selections that are sure to pique your interest.
The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff.
The communal table added a unique and enjoyable social aspect to the evening, and the hospitality was top-notch. The chef and sommelier were both incredible—so interactive and passionate about their craft, which made the experience even more fun. I had a blast and would highly recommend Nhome for an unforgettable culinary adventure!
