This is the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever ordered at!!!
We placed our order and an hour and a half later we still had not received our pizza. We called them back and our pizza was still sitting there waiting to be delivered and they said they did not deliver that door dash would deliver it and we said our pizza is cold now so just refund our money. The dude was so rude and handed the phone off to the manager and the manager said your pizza is still here and we don’t deliver it was door dash’s fault and I said just refund my money at first she didn’t want to refund it she said that was door dash’s problem and I said no pizza hit charged my card so they needed to refund my money since my pizza had not left their store. She said ok your money will be refunded it will take 7-10 business days to show up. I said fine by the way your employee that handed you the phone was very rude to me and my husband and she said that’s not my problem I said YES IT IS and then asked her for her managers name and phone number she refused to give it to me. I will never order anything from this Pizza Hut ever again!!! Hoping I get my money back!! I’m not holding my breath though!!!

I have door dashed from this place three times. Twice they told me that someone already came and picked the food up and they refused to remake it. And the third time my order was wrong. They just need to close this location. It’s awful.

I ordered a Supreme pizza with jalapeño and stuffed crust. First they said they were out of bell pepper so I said ok well are you out of jalapeños because they aren’t on there either. They put the jalapeños on it and I left. Get home to find out it’s not even a stuffed crust pizza. Call to tell them about it and I must have gotten a 3 year old on the phone because after explaining the problem 3 times they still asked so ok what was wrong with it. I said look how about I write it down in crayon and bring it by there for you. Horrible pizza and horrible service. I highly recommend going somewhere else for pizza!!!!

So as I was walking into Pizza Hut to place an order there was this old lady smoking outside she walked in and ask if I was placing an order I said yes this was at 6:15 pm she said she was not going to take no more orders till she catches up
on orders because she was backed up she was pretty rude and and asked her what time did she close and said 10 pm so this lady could not take my order she had four more hours till close time that is ridiculous how sad is this. First time and Never again going to this pizza place.

Employee are friendly and apologetic, but manager insists pasta doesn’t come with breadsticks despite the inside menu, google menu, and pizza hut website saying otherwise.
I know it’s just breadsticks but when you can’t trust that they’ll give you what you order even when you point out what’s missing just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I placed my order on 06/06/2019 at 1:45pm CDT online to the store at 58785 Belleview Rd, Plaquemine LA 70764 and via the delivery tracker I was informed my order would take “22-32 minutes” to be made and delivered to me. An hour had gone by and there was still no pizza. I checked the delivery tracker and it still said the same time frame and that the pizza was in the oven. I tried to call the store in which I had placed the order and my call was routed to a call center and not the actual store that was making my order. This had happened several times and every time I tried to contact the store I was routed to the call center who couldn’t get me in touch with the store. Twenty five minutes of calling back and forth between the call center and getting a different teller each time, finally I got through to the actual store. The employee who took my call said they would not have a delivery driver until 5:30 pm and that she was going to let me speak to her manager. Upon speaking to the manager she was inhospitable, and rude. She told me that I placed the incorrect phone number on my order and that’s why I was never notified of the problem. I asked to her to repeat the number to me, to which she read me the correct number that I had given her. I never received a phone call. She then seemed irritated with me and asked if i was going to carry out the order or cancel it. I asked her if I could be compensated for the fact that the store advertises delivery but didn’t have a driver on hand, nor did they bother to call me. The manager didn’t know what the word “compensated” meant, I had to explain to her that I would like a discount or if one of the pizzas could be free since I was purchasing four. She said casually, “No I can’t do that.” So I told her I wanted to cancel my order and that I will never give my money to such a rude and incompetent staffed business again.

This review is in regards to Plaquemine location. Tonight (Friday, 02/24) I placed an order at 9:10 PM; supposedly they stop accepting orders at 9:30. I get there at 9:40-no order. There’s a particular girl who seems to have an attitude issue. I never get good service when she’s there at night. She just smirked and said “Sorry”. She was right; she’s a very sorry supervisor or whatever her title. Laura, on the other hand, is awesome!
