We were excited to see the menu for fries that are gluten free, vegan etc. But when we ordered I asked the staff to confirm, we were told they have cross contamination, so if you have food allergies, don’t order there.

Overpriced food that is not very good, except fries. Don’t get the bowls, they are terrible. Guac/avocados were oxidated. They force you to give your name and phone number to order food (invasive). Im not sure what they do with that info. It took 20 min to get 2 items. They really need to step up their game. It should be much better service and quality for such a cool place and steep price.

Helpful tip is there are some tables inside the library area if you need to get out of the elements.

Ordered two handhelds (sandwiches) & a side. Buzzer never went off & staff never bothered to come find us. (We were approximately 10-12 feet from the window.) So our food was no longer hot when we approached the counter to ask. (We assumed they perhaps had a large order for somewhere but saw two other orders get picked up who came well after our order.) Part of the order was wrong (for the customer ahead of us too). Wait time (first time) was at least 30 minutes. Wait time (second time) was about 10. Spent just shy of $50 for “fast food” for two people. Food was tasty, but certainly nowhere near worth the money OR the wait. They give decent size portions. This was around 1-2:30pm on a weekday & we observed three other orders (six persons total) either got their food as we approached or got their food as we ate ours. (So clearly it was not at an overly busy time. We observed five staff members working. The man who initially took our order was super nice! Nobody apologized for any of the “issues” which was really disappointing & not cool.) Glad to have tried this once, but we definitely cannot recommend it to anyone. Two stars is for the menu options, first impression. Otherwise, The Patio deserves zero stars.

I purchased a single Icee slushie for my child, for $6, of course I didn’t tip, it took 3 seconds for them to get me a premade drink out of a dispenser. As I’m handing the drink to my child an employee says “be careful with that tip”. Maybe your employer should pay more? Appalling, management should look into this.
