Absolutely disgusted with the order tonight. Spent almost 40 dollars on a triple treat deal. The pepperoni pizza is way over cooked, pepperonis are beyond crispy, half the pizza was off of the crist in the box. But I sure do appreciate you providing a plastic knife with the cookie since the knife broke just trying to cut it.

HORRIBLE!! The staff was rude and didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and paid for the chicken, and only got sauce and noodles. I talked to the manager, and she was even ruder! I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to the general manager. This was horrible and I’m appalled.

I had some problems in the app with my payment it took it out of my account so I called to see if it was placed, they told me they didn’t see it but they will take my order and zero it out and I could not be more grateful they were super helpful and delivery driver was awesome I had to run to give them a tip since I forgot there wasn’t one 100% just be nice and they will be nice back ❤️❤️❤️ also pizza was very good ❤️❤️

Horrible experience with pizza hut yesterday. We have a large family and we have pizza at least once a week. We always pay and tip well. However, the servers seemed to be clueless and we had to repeat our order multiple times and still, got some wrong items. The server came over to tell us our order was over $100 already…….yes, we know, it always is. We have 8 kids and 3 adults. Very seldomly do we eat out for under $100. The extra ice my sister order was melted in the hot, incredibly strong, undrinkable tea. And I had no ice at all in my hot, very strong undrinkable tea. We felt very rushed, and just sad that that’s where we chose to spend our evening.

The food was great, as great as Pizza Hut is now. The service was fantastic. The manager was quick with everything, knew her specials, got everything on our order correct.
The only reason I’m marking down Atmosphere is the TV volume wouldn’t work and the woman’s bathroom was out of order. Other than that it was ok.
