This Wingstop is by far one of the cleanest restaurants in Northern Ohio, the staff were very courteous although are pick up order took longer than estimated. Our wings were good, however the lemon pepper wings smelt as if they may have been prepared in oil that was going bad. Aside from half our older smelling odd, our family enjoyed the take out experience overall.

The staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met-welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome. Took my order over the phone ahead of time, and had it ready by time I came in even though they don’t usually do phone orders. 10/10 experience

Strongsville location: Absolutely terrible! Ordered $75 worth of wings and they didn’t send FORTY (40) wings!!!!! She claimed when the order came through their system it didn’t show the full order, OR the fact that I spent $75 on what little food they sent. They wanted me to dispute the charge with customer service or my bank, which is ridiculous, instead of immediately offering to fix the issue. I then had to request the manager who said she would make the wings, after I cussed and demanded it, but I had to come pick them up, she wouldn’t deliver them again even though I paid for delivery through THEIR APP!!!
The wings were TERRIBLE, their fries were HORRIBLE and a soggy limp pile of potato that you couldn’t even pull apart! This was the WORST food, with the WORST customer service! On their opening day you would think they would have tried to go above and beyond to make good food with great service…. NOPE! Never again! Worst restaurant service and food EVER!!!! The food literally all went in the TRASH!

Hello everybody this is Steven the foodie guy it’s in the plaza next to Advance Auto Parts or across the street basically from Aldi’s anyways I had two tenders for $2 I also had a crispy chicken sandwich with any sauce The Tenors were outstanding very hot temperature absolutely fantastic there is more chicken than breading that’s a good sign people and the spicy chicken sandwich is very same way more chicken than breading which is better that’s how it should be the cheese sauce that comes with it I will give that about a about a 8.1 by way to jalapeno cheese sauce I will give the tenders how they taste and how they were made about a 9.1 and the chicken sandwich itself I would get that definitely about a 9.1 as well very very clean place and amazing workers
