I love this place, my first time was tonight and what can I say that will do this place justice. The flavors of my dish were on point to that of my mom’s cooking. It brought me back to great childhood memories. My wife’s plate was amazing and had just the right kick to it. I had the bisteak Cubano and my wife had Churasco. The wine selection was great as well as the Mango juice! Ya’ll gotta get down there and try it Chef Rico is a great Host we’ll definitely be back!

Tiny restaurant with big flavors!
We stood and waited for quite a while, but they have limited seating and were busy. We did not have a reservation, but were seated fast once tables opened and served quickly. Our server was great and checked on us frequently. The fresh bread was delicious, the drink options were good. The main courses were incredible. Well worth the wait to be seated. Reservations recommended, but a must visit.

You cannot come to Fairbanks and not spend some time at Havana Nights! The flavor, the spice, the variety, all of it! This place has an amazing atmosphere, the people are are almost as good as food!! So good.

One of the best places I’ve had the honor to eat at. Was there for a birthday and got a 20 minute show when we were done. Would recommend to go whenever you get the chance. Just make sure to plan accordingly, there Is a reservation system in place with limited space.

The food was absolutely delicious!! Even more so, the environment was truly a wonderful experience. I’ve never met staff more deserving of praise for the love and passion they put in their work from serving to performing live music. This place deserves to have a full house every night. My husband and I have lived in Anchorage the past couple of years. We came to Fairbanks for a work trip, and chose to eat here based on photos we saw online. It was without a doubt the BEST meal we have eaten in Alaska since moving here. My husband got a steak plate, and I had pork. We thought it was so good that we’re hoping to return before we leave town. The service was phenomenal as well. Don’t miss this gem!!

One of the most flavorful churrascos that I’ve ever had. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and awesome. For any of my fellow Cubans and Miamians needing some home away from home, this is the place to go. We came and were able to enjoy a live music session from the owner and his talented crew. Would recommend, 5/5!
