If I could give ZERO stars. I would.
I ordered through Uber Eats and found a long strand of HAIR in my ice-cream. It is a serious food safety issue. I reported this to corporate on January 15th and was given an incident number, yet no one ever followed up.
Finding hair in food is bad enough. But being completely ignored afterward is unacceptable. This shows a lack of care for both hygiene and customers.
This experience completely turned me off from ordering here again.

Best icecream always; loved their new summer menu and overall collection of icecream. It is must try icecream whereever you find it’s shop. This location has vsry curteous and understanding staff you can take your time to order. Good thing they had all ingredients and toppings.

Decided to eat ice cream here with my wife today. Normally I like coming to cold stone but today was bad experience. Pecans in our ice cream were bad and tasted horrible. Asked the worker to make new creation without pecans. Answer: we had many complains about pecans and we also tasted and it’s bad. However they are not expired so we can not exchange. Seriously people have lost common sense. I did next best thing spit out the pecans.

Every time I visit, Steve ensures the experience is not just good but outstanding. As a matter of fact, I’ve changed his name to “Stone Cold Steve” because his service is unmatched!
Recently, I ordered a cake, and not only was it absolutely delicious and beautifully made, but the process of ordering and picking it up was seamless, thanks to Steve’s attention to detail and professionalism. Steve always takes the time to ensure everything is perfect and to my satisfaction.

I visited Cold Stone today and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the ice cream was not at the right temperature. Additionally, they do not seem to check if the fruits are fresh; the banana I had was spoiled and had a terrible smell.
The customer service was abysmal. The staff showed no respect for customers or their job. Their fake smiles were irritating. When I asked to speak with a manager, an employee simply called over a coworker, which was incredibly frustrating.
This has happened to me multiple times at this location. While I usually refrain from reacting, this experience was beyond acceptable limits. Respect and proper greetings are essential in any customer service interaction, and this place fails to meet even the basic standards. I would rate this place a -10 if I could.
