Sprinkles! What’s up with Dunkin’s obsession with Sprinkles! I routinely order classic donuts with chocolate frosting. For some reason the fine folks at the Greencastle Dunkin push Sprinkes. When I order classic donuts with chocolate frosting, they always ask, “You want Sprinkles right?” As if its assumed. Does everyone love Sprinkles. Is it more the norm and I missed the memo. Even when I decline Sprinkles, the fine folks still give me the classic donuts with Sprinkles at least half the time. Ordering through the Dunkin App has helped a little, but I still get Sprinkles a quarter of the time. I have to hold up the drive thru line, check the bag or box and verify they didn’t slip the Sprinkles, and then request the correct donuts. They get so annoyed. Maybe stop forcing the Sprinkles. I like to think most people, myself included, try their best to overlook silly mistakes. At some junction, you start to feel the lack of care is so great or its intentional. Do they have a contract with Sprinkles R Us or is there a conspiracy to push the Sprinkles for global dominance. I jest of course about the conspiracies. In the end, I’d just like a world with less Sprinkles.

On a kinder note, most of the drive thru folks are nice and pleasant. There’s one cashier that seems annoyed or bothered and blindly hands off food and drinks. This Dunkin does do a better than average job making drinks. I really appreciate that.

I’d give this Dunkin four stars for food if it wasn’t for the Spinkle Push. I only gave this Dunkin three stars for service due to the annoyed cashier. She is working the drive thru most times.

As I usually do, I placed my order through the app before heading to work. After picking it up and while driving to work, I noticed there was a slit in my iced coffee cup, causing the drink to spill all over me and inside my car. I had to quickly make arrangements to get a change of clothes.
I then called Dunkin’ to inform them of the issue, mainly in case there were other defective cups. The employee who answered—who was the manager—responded rudely, simply saying “OK, thank you,” before hanging up. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I found the lack of sympathy or any offer to replace the drink disappointing. At the very least, a more understanding response would have been appropriate.

Bathroom was disgusting and no one in the restaurant acknowledge us. I get you want to serve the drive thru but you could have someone looking after those of us who actually walk in to your coffee shop.

Came here to this location. Used to love this location. Ordered a medium frozen french vanilla coffee with no whipped cream and a side of snack and bacon. Snacking bacon was old and cold. I asked for a remake. They said that that was all they had. I then asked for a refund. They said they were unable to give me refund. Upon asking for the manager’s information I got a number that was not working. A waste of money and potential food poisoning.

The staff at this place simply need to be looked at… I went there and began saying my order on drive through. There was nothing but rudeness, attitude, sarcasm, and just an unpleasant person talking on the microphone who turns out was the manager (little bit bigger of a lady). This is a shame since I love Dunkin, but it only takes one look at this specific location’s Yelp Reviews for you to see that there are multiple complaints about the staff and this lady in particular… It is disgusting to take out your own life’s problems on customers just trying to order coffee and giving them attitude.

My son picked up my donut order and this is the donut I got .. I do not call this jelly filled .. a speck of jelly in the donut?!?!
Not sure if this is just how Dunkin donuts is across the border or just this location .. but someone needs to learn to fill a donut.

This is my happy place !! As soon as I order my raspberry Tea they already know the rest of my order, the girls and the manager here treat us so well and I can’t go to any other Dunkin to get this type of service. Thank you G-Castle Dunkin ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Don’t go here if you have an order for 4 people in the drive thru. You will be rushed after saying one item “ANYTHING ELSE?” And “ugh is that it?” We went through the drive through this morning with our two kids ordered 3 items of food and 4 drinks and they acted like we were an inconvenience to them because we werent fast enough for them. Had at least 4 people get on the microphone frustrated at us “should’ve gone inside if you had a large order”. I didn’t know that was a large order for 3 people?? Spent almost $40 for HORRIBLE SERVICE. won’t be back
